Ranking Every NFL Team's QB

I can't even view the list for some reason, but Texans fans wouldn't trade Watson for Goff and Panther fans wouldn't trade Newton for Goff - and we wouldn't trade Goff for either.

So we're at an impasse of sorts - which IMO means it's completely reasonable to put either Watson or Newton ahead of Goff.
Idk about that, I live in NC and most Panthers fans seem to hate Newton lol

Schefter Note on Darrell Henderson

Have to say I like Arizona States direction in both Football & Basketball.

Bobby Hurley & Edwards . Then to add Marvin’s is fantastic.

Ok, TO. I'm gonna address the topic, but you mentioned BOBBY HURLEY.
Dude, I played alotta bb, but I was nobody special. I know/ knew enough to says that I would hate to go 40 mins, chest to chest with BH.

I fluckin love that duke run.

Bart Starr dead at 85 ...

I will never forget watching Bart Starr and the Packers on Dec. 9, 1967, a beautiful late Fall Saturday afternoon. The Rams were in a must-win situation in the penultimate game of the season. Rams had to win for a winner-take-all final game against the Colts. Rams lose and their season is over. The score was 24-20 in the closing minutes of the game when Donny Anderson, the Packers punter, goes into punting motion. Tony Guillory, special teams standout, comes out of nowhere and blocks the punt. Claude Crabb picks up the loose ball and runs it to the Packers 6-yard line as thousands of Ram fans come storming back into the Coliseum when they hear the roar of the crowd. Two plays later, Roman Gabriel hits Bernie Casey in the end zone on a play action pass and the Rams win. And I was there. Still one of my favorite moments in Los Angeles Rams' history. I was 14-years old and I just remember my dad going nuts. We watched Bart Starr the whole afternoon. The Packers had already locked up their division but Starr and the Packers were real competitors. He was a great one--and will be sorely missed by those who love the game. RIP good guy.
I miss @DaveFan'51 For these stories I would never know without him. I thank you for sharing this memory! It was amazing to read! Please share more when you can.

NFL coach rankings: Best and worst of league's coaches in 2019

9-7..really freakin strong

edit: McVay has never not made the playoffs as a HC. Pederson is 2 of 3, although Pedesron did win the Super Bowl and McVay lost in one. McVay= Two season as HC and two playoff appearances (Two division winners and one NFC Championship). His first season, McVay took the Rams from 4-12 under Fisher to 11-5 in 2017. Pederson took the Eagles from 7-9 under Pat Shurmur to 7-9 under his leadership in 2016. This change from a perennially losing team to 11-5, makes McVay a clear winner here for me.

Pederson= Super Bowl Win and one division win, and one Wild Card. Plus, a 7-9 first season

What was Pederson's record at 33 years old though?

McVay makes every other NFL coach (except Belichick) seem illiterate. We are lucky as hell.

10 Observations from OTA No. 7

6) As OTAs continue, rookie running back Darrell Henderson is beginning to emerge on offense. Because the Rams don’t have pads on, there’s only so much you can tell from a RB on a play-to-play basis. But he’s looked more comfortable finding the right hole within the scheme. And he caught a nice swing pass to the left side during 7-on-7.

Keep the good news coming. Knowing where to run is a start. Catching the ball will get him more touches.

9) Tight end Gerald Everett made a really nice deep catch down the left sideline in the red zone during 7-on-7. He caught the ball in stride from Goff, using his length to reach over the defender. McVay called Everett a bright spot for the club during the off season program during his Monday press conference — which makes sense as the third-year TE has been making a lot of plays during OTAs.

Let's hope McVay gets him some more plays this year. He has to be a mismatch waiting to happen. Just when I thought he was going to turn the corner McVay didn't keep getting him the ball.

Who you got? Dak Prescott vs Jared Goff

Before we played Dallas in the playoffs, I was telling everyone that the only way we get beat by Dallas is if we beat ourselves (Patriot game as an example - we were better but we played like crap on offense)

I was telling them that since Suh had decided to start playing that the Ewok would be limited and that Dak without the Ewok sucks. He has very poor accuracy.

I really wasn't that worried about that game. Only worried that the Cowboys defense would get a few turnovers if we played poorly on offense. I had no worries whatsoever about the Cowboy offense with our defense being able to stop the run and Dak being left to his own devices.

Goff > Dak by far.

NFC West franchise quarterbacks: Each team's greatest passer

But while the Bradford mistake might have set the franchise back for a short period of time, the Warner decision perhaps cost them a second championship. Two years after winning the MVP and leading the Rams to a Super Bowl, Warner was benched outright by head coach Mike Martz after the QB fumbled six times in Week 1.

No reference to the thumb injury?

Sean McVay breaks down what makes Micah Kiser ...

I and others were very high on Kiser before the draft and excited when things fell into place and he landed with the Rams (Obo was another player many had tabbed). No one was talking about Leonard as a pro bowl player, but either way, he was out of our range once we traded our 2nd

Nothing has happened that makes me think we were wrong. We viewed him as a two down thumper, who would give way in Nickel packages and that still holds true. He can succeed as a drop LB in zone packages (but will not match up well one on one) and people should not underestimate his power, ability to stand up people on the line; blitzing ability and ability to stop players dead in contact. In short, he is not the liability in the passing game that many have him pegged as. V the run, he will I am certain, provide a big upgrade on an oft injured Barron

what you mention here is what really jumped out on his VA highlight tape to me. He was more than just a run stuffer.. he was solid blitzing...either from the inside or standing up rushing as an OLB.... and made some big plays for them dropping back into coverage...

This is the first time literally in years that we are going into the season with a probably starter at ILB who is actually a real ILB...not a converted OLB..or a guy who started off as a safety... Micah Kiser is the first guy who is a real ILB ...meaning playing the position for years with the body and skill set to play....but he's the first guy who is a natural there for us at the position since Laurenitis…..

State of the Franchise: Kyler Murray brings hope to Cardinals

Not hate at all, it’s just a lot to ask of a rookie coach from college ranks with a rookie qb running what will likely be a new nfl offense, starting from a 3-13 roster, to put it all together right out of the gate. When has that happened before in similar circumstances? Maybe they’ll be great in year 2 or 3, but right away?

I wasn't looking at it from the angle of how good or bad the cards will be. I was looking at it from the electric young gun coming into the league angle, in a system that suits his skills.

If Jeff Fisher was the coach I wouldn't be excited at all. But this is all new. I actually can't wait to see how it unfolds.
