Rams 2019 home and away teams

Looks like the toughest games are all at home.
I think this is a good idea if implemented correctly. The Rams need to sign a veteran backup QB (Tyrod Taylor, Bortles, or Fitzpatrick types). I don’t think the Rams should force the drafting of a developmental QB. Sign the veteran backup to a 2 or 3 year deal, and then wait until the right guy is able to be drafted. I think a veteran backup QB capable of keeping the Rams competitive if Goff got hurt is a higher priority though.I think the Rams need a decent vet backup - but they also need to start developing a QB3 who can be the main backup in 2020. It's just too important to have an affordable guy you can actually have faith in to fill in at QB. I'd hate using a third - but I think that it is necessary to solve the problem going forward. I have faith in McVay developing the right guy. I have zero faith in Mannion.
That is 1 of the counter arguments that I alluded to. There can be very little between a 2nd place finish and a 4th place finish in a division so it could potentially be very unfair on some teams. I'll save my views on the playoffs for another thread. The bottom line is that present the 64 inter-conference games produce very few potential prime time match-ups. If the 4 division winners played the other 4 division winners you'd have 16 potential prime time games to start with. That makes for better tv and better tv increases NFL income. That sounds good on the surface but it could lead to weak teams beating up on other weak teams and having a team or more reaching the playoffs because of an easy schedule.
Conversely some very good teams may come up a bit short.
It doesn't matter. We need to overcome the refs. We could have and failed to do that.
In SB36, the Rams had all the experience and look how that worked out. I don't think experience, over the history of super bowls, seems to be an area that has much of an affect on a game.
I still have a huge issue bugging me.
I try to get over it... but I can't.
Its not about McVay or the Super Bowl.
Its this thread.
Seriously?
Did McVays success go to our heads? Lol... ffs. The guy is 33 and is already one of the most respected coaches in the league.
Good coaches get beat. Even great ones. Especially young ones.
Like if we lost against NO, this thread doesn't even exist.
I am NOT AT ALL embarrassed about the Super Bowl, never was and I am nothing but thankful that Coach McVay is our coach and that he brought us all the way to the biggest game so fast.
I will take 5 more seasons just like this one before I even want to entertain the idea that there is such a thing as "a bad super bowl".
Sorry. I'm done ranting.[/QUOTE
I remember the Tony Banks and Dieter Brock days and all I wanted was for my team was to not be horrible, then McVay happened and this team is actually not horrible, not only that but they’re good, really good. So why can’t they be great? Why can’t they win it all?
I’m not bad mouthing the team or anybody on it, we’ve seen what it’s like on the other side and I hope we never go back there. If we can get to a SB we can win a SB but it’s not gonna happen if we don’t play better against teams like the bears, Eagles and Pats. McVay is the offensive genius and the offense got shut down, so how does he fix it?
I agree. I think that when we start getting information & reports early in TC this summer, JF-M will have completely outgrown all his OLB'er uniforms. I expect him to come in a beefed & cut 295-300 lb range. Ready to be the complete DL for Wade. JF-M will be our starting 5 tech DE in 2019 if he remains healthy. I like this big kid a lot. Great 4th round selection by Snead. If he stays healthy and improves his technique I think JFM will have a big 2nd season for us. Just leave him at the 5tech and stop trying to use him as an OLB
They wear blue with white horns and also blue with gold horns ? Are they two separate helmets or the same one just with a different skin ?
If they do have more than one helmet, how does that play with the NFL’s “one helmet rule” ?
Looking forward to some answers.

Man, don’t apologize. I predicted a Rams Super Bowl win before the season and still thought we could win late into the game yesterday. Screw the Saints, we beat them and they did not deserve anything.
