Anyone else enjoy watching our D more than our O?

I feel a quiet confidence when our D is on the field.

Our O makes me stupid nervous... like nervous knots on my stomach to the point I'm almost nauseated...

That just me?

Someone should parity an Allstate commercial with McV, Snead, Demoff and the Rams accountants.

Tua had an ankle and with as much pressure as the D was putting on him, I think they just didn't see the upside of having a rookie battling through injury when his mobility is a huge part of his game.

I was watching RedZone and it wasn't horrific or anything, but after RG3, I think teams are paying more attention to the long term health of their franchise QBs.

I feel like I already know how Boom will do in pass D--he'll be ok but get pushed back into Goff a tad easier than Whit did. My concern with him is how he will affect our run game--I guess I'm still shell-shocked from our run game dropping off a cliff last year....

Until they show me they aren't a playoff team I'm always confident in MY TEAM. WHAT'S WITH ALL THE NEGATIVITY? As I've said repeatedly, the Rams greatest impediment to a championship are themselves. When they play clean and simply don't make stupid mistakes they can beat any team.

That's what I believe and will until they prove me wrong and nothing I've seen this year has shown me wrong. This team is improving and the biggest part of the evolution of Staley and his willingness to make changes. McVay must continue to evolve his offense. This is a good team with talent top to bottom.

In any other year I would agree with you, but with the cap shrinking, MOST of the FAs are gonna find a really tight market flooded with very talented Vets that in any other year would be snapped up instantly.

Who's gonna have $15M/year to spend on an OLB in 2021?

If anything, I think the smart money is to make sure to stay on a winner with another 1 year deal and then go for the big deal in 2022.

I also think there'll be some accommodation because watching teams completely dismantle due to COVID will drive fans away.

Yeah, the cap will be less, but I don't think it will be so much less that we can't sign guys. That said, I don't think anyone is gonna be able to go crazy in FA.

One thing I know is that NO ONE benefits from a glut of super talented FAs sitting at home because of the cap. They won't allow that to happen. No one benefits from that.

A big issue is the run game as well.
Tampa has an excellent run D and Boom does not being the boom in the run game.
I expect a lost of short quick passes to loosen up the running game and get the ball out fast to protect Boom.
I am curious to see how the Rams defend Tampa.
The Bucs are without their excellent Center as well (I believe he’s still out).
Not quite the same as LT but still a key component.
Blitz up the gut and mix in press coverage.

I kind of chuckled toward the end of that, as there are times when the defense has 2 games going on...

Game 1: Ramsey takes out the best opposing player on offense.

Game 2: The rest of the defense, plays the rest of their offense.

Letting this guy go a long with trading Bettis there after that hurt & showed how cheap Georgia was.
