After watching Paul and Dolac, Reeder shouldn't even sniff a roster spot or a place on the practice squad. Get this fucker as far away from this team as possible. This spellchecker shit has to stop already, fucking irritating. Besides, it doesn't even help some posters.

Just shows lack of knowledge of a player. The Rams should make the best choice for Team. Lack of respect from a Super Bowl winner only comes from losers however that is.

I’ll say growth is good ,but seeing what Nate Landman looks like in Horns is start.

Feverish disrespect for spelling McClendon with an "a" rather than an "o"? Too funny

I remember every pre season Jim Jodat tore it up and then was never seen again in the regular season.
I remember a RB, I think his name was Harrison, who tore it up in the late 80's in preseason and then was cut. So yeah, it definitely happens.

I am wondering of they go with 3 active TE's then Torres or Redmon on the PS. So that would mean they trade Parkinson to a team who loses a starting TE in preseason. Saves some cap and it would mean Allen has to step up along with the rookie.

I seen 1 other person mention this player but DB Josh Wallace had a nice game for himself as did Acuri on the line. Only mentioning those two since I hadnt seen much about them. I actually thought RB Hunter had a meh kind of game. Little too anxious at the line and didnt let holes develop, seemed like put his head down too soon...That will come in time though and it was his first game so Im sure he was amped up to make an impact.

Overall, I was really impressed with the whole operation. Rams came out on a borderline mission. They looked focused and had a little attitude as if they were trying to make a statement. Had a different feel than the last couple of years. Very business like and they played to win. Starters looked engaged and paying attention. For a preseason game it was actually pretty entertaining and overall was pretty crisp play.

I thought the team looked good in preseason last year too.

Not saying they looked bad but last years games were pretty boring, if you ask me. I rewatched the Houston and Dallas game from last year and this year seemed to have more energy. I mean we almost scored as many points Saturday night then we did all last preseason.

My overall point is the game had more crisp and operational feel. Was a real entertaining game.

I think we have a very good OL coach who has those 2nd and 3rd units executing. Thus the offense is watchable in preseason. A few yrs ago the back up OL groups were horrrible. So probably improved talent, but also better coaching that is now taking hold in year two of this guys tenure.

put the roster at 52.....with a spot to add where you would like. Could be QB, TE, CB etc.
Fairly easy choice IMO,can’t see it another way.

4 TE
4 S
4 CB

There on way The Rams are cutting a TE. Davie Allen means to much to The Rams as a Team.Mcvay isn’t going to mix with that chemistry.

The DB groups SOLID.Go back to a Mic’d up video against the Niners last year.Aubrey said no matter what happens you all should be proud of the way you played win or lose you’ve already played good enough to have won.

The Rams have a lot of depth for special teams on the practice squad to bring players in & out of the lineup 53-48 week to week.

Noticed that too ... Very Scary to think he has a roster spot secured ... Terrifying!!!

Seriously, I just hope it's an indication that the coaching staff knows exactly what Reeder offers.

My understanding (from a post I read earlier) is that Paul and Dolac started, with the more experienced Neal and Fields playing in the 2nd half.

My hope is that it will be Landman and Speights starting, with the two rookies in reserve.
Get rid of Reeder already McVay, wtf? He served his purpose, don't make him the next Booby Evans man!

Not saying it's impossible that we trade Colby but just don't think it's likely when he was practicing with 1st team all camp in 12 sets.

I rewatched the Cowboys game. My quick assessment was I saw more of Dolac than Paul. Dolac moves a lot more fluidly to the ball than Reeder who seems to be stuck in cement a lot. I didn’t get a feel for his coverage skills but very few are worse than Reeder. IMO If Reeder is kept it’s very short term while the rooks get acclimated but I don’t want to risk losing Dolac to another team. He’s a ballhawk.
McVay tends to hold on to at least one fuckin horrible player per year. I hope he breaks that habit and sends Reeder packing.
