This win today keeps our playoff hopes alive. Thank God the O woke up in the second half. Now we can look forward to the Bills kicking some whiner ass.
 
The “strength” of the team starting camp was the o-line. It’s erratic at best. It would be a different season had the o-line been what most of us thought.

Happy they won, keep thinking about what could have been for most of this season.

This is the NFL so: on any given Sunday, the other team gets paid too. Now that we got that out of the way its a win, a road win. I will take it. And remember this Saints team started the year really well. Bottom line still in the playoffs hunt which is all we can ask for right now.

they started 2-2.. then lost 5 in a row and HC got fired
 
Didn't get to see it due to travel, but from what I hear it wasn't a great showing by the O at least in the first half. Lots to work on.

But there is definitely one takeaway that I really like: our young D had their backs to the wall, on the road, needing a big stop to seal the win ... and they fucking did it. Now they *know* they can do that, that they can perform in a pressure situation. That's something to build on. Very happy about that and happy to see V8 make the game-sealing play.

You have said what I've been thinking for a good while now. We spend a lot of time on this board discussing all the things Atwell can't do but rarely say much about what he CAN do.

Like you have posted....he's incredibly fast, runs good routes and can catch the ball. IMO this should get him a lot more playing time than he gets....
