The 11 different O-Line combinations in 11 games was because of injuries to nine different offensive linemen.

How is that a Management Problem?
So nine different o-line injuries are not a coincidence.

What is acceptable when it does not become a management question?

12, 13 , 14 ,15, 16, 17, end of season?

Come on man. One has to question the methods at this point.

We have to if our job depends on it.

Or, we could add a legit LT, edge rusher and come back healthy next year. We are not that far away from having a really good team once again.
Agreed, great franchises don't make wholesale changes a season from a championship. That behavior is for the Jets, lions, etc.....
make a few changes that greatly impact the team and add depth. Leave the desperation for the teams that haven't won in years even with F.O, coaching changes, and high picks. You see it in every sport.
Yes we have some tough decisions but it isn't quite time to scrap it

I will add in the presser that McVay blamed the player hitting him as a lack of awareness on the player.

McVay moved into the players path. Whose awareness should be in question? I would say most of us would find that a weird event on any level.

I have been a huge McVay fan but see some big cracks.

I will give him a big chance. Blaming a player for his own actions?

It quickly became a short leash.

What is shocking this year is the lack of sacks by our defense. We have always been know for crushing the qb but this year not so much.I think we all know the problem with that not happening.

The same Head Coach, Management and Training Staff were all in place in 2017 and 2018 when the Rams had no significant O-Line injuries and enjoyed tremendous continuity (as mentioned above).

Injuries happen. Most every year, one or two teams are decimated with injuries ... some combination of quantity of injuries, injuries to top-tier players, season-ending injuries and/or specific units getting destroyed. Last year, the Ravens were decimated by injuries. In 2020, the 49ers were destroyed.

What do you think McVay and/or Management are doing wrong; or not doing that they should be doing?

Have no idea. How would I?

But to ignore the difference means it will happen again.

Something changed. It is only obvious to some evidently. I don't expect others to see the same.

No head in the sand here. These are issues that are beyond healthy organizations. Accepting as fate will only have the same results in the future.

This is different. Let us hope our team can see what it is in the off season which we have all given up on half way through after a SB championship of which I will forever be proud of. One that may end up that worst season after a championship in history. One I will not accept.

What else is it you see? Not being facetious. You may have something. I have been skeptical of some of his language and behavior before....and seemingly stubborn nature. Kinda pompous, like Gruden

If we aren't winning AND guys aren't getting the chance to rack up some individual numbers/accolades.... It could become a problem

Yes... we do know the problem.. they don't have enough pass rushing talent on their front, outside of Aaron Donald.

Michael Hoecht... is playing outside linebacker.... I fricken LOVE Hoecht.. but, come on.

Bummed Perkins was so dysfunctional throwing and the overall command getting the plays off. The O line is so inconsistent that it makes everything hard to evaluate at the moment.

That's fair.. but I said the same thing about Wolford.

The one huge difference... Perkins simply does not have an NFL arm.

I hope McVay uses the rest of the season to coach some guys up and see what they have. Such as Atwell. I know most everyone hates the pick but that's because he hasn't been used. The guy actually shows some good potential on the few chances he's had. Mccutcheon is another guy. The guy tore it up in preseason but still never gets on the field.

Well, those who see success can get to be a bit blind to what is really happening than what they believe is happening.

It is exactly my concern. And truly hope I am completely wrong. McVay is unique. Good unique. But not vulnarable to human nature.

He is young. And maybe before his time is my concern.

His anticipation, delivery and arm strength against a starting D was very disappointing, imo. He needs to make a quantum leap in his passing abilities if he wants a chance to stick.

And I don't think there are any RPO concepts being put in for him.. You'd think that would help take advantage of his running.
Either way.. I just don't think he's an NFL QB.
Rams offseason must bring in some new talent behind Stafford.. if Stafford returns (shudder).

Any time now...
