I think most of us come to the vent thread because the team suffers a loss when a victory could have been had. When the team shits the bed, fails to execute, fails to properly gameplan, neglects taking advantage of opportunities and squanders the day, it's disappointing and not what we expect or pay to see.

Now that we know their injured and ailing. Personally, I just wanna see some fight and see who is worth keeping and who is just collecting a paycheck. Players and coaches alike

I feel similar -- hate seeing the Rams lose but have been a Ram fan since 1988 and we have had 11 winning seasons in that time.

Makes you appreciate the winning seasons all that more.

Go Rams !!!
Wow...Amazing stat.

I became a fan in 74', and they had 11 winning seasons in their next 13 yrs after 74'. So I was spoiled as a kid. Amazing how awful they then became after that 89' season....then the GSOT run and then once again awful for another 11 plus yrs.

Overall I’m slightly surprised, surprised the rest of the team wasn’t injured and kept it fairly close.

I'm a little earlier than you and enjoyed 7 straight NFC West Championships in a row. We regularly beat the Niners and ended that streak with a trip to the Super Bowl. We were spoiled.

Is there anything really to vent about at this point? We are so injured, way beyond anything that even the deepest team could recover from. Let's just get some reps for guys like McCutcheon, Kyren Williams, etc. Those reps will make them better for us in the long term and make us deeper next year when hopefully we are not beat up like this. In all my years as a Rams fan, I've never seen a Rams team as hard hit by injuries as this one, and I've seen some teams get it pretty bad. So I can't be too mad, just get the young talent some reps against other teams starters and start planning for next season.

Spoiled, but only to a degree. That success always came served with a side of painful disappointment at the end of each season.

Been a fan since 1973 and we can all agree this is a dark year. After a SB win one of the darkest of years.

I am not waiting for next year to evaluate our next ten years. I will evaluate the off season.

If it comes off flat, time to say good bye to some HOFers.

McVay not only looks lost, but sounds lost in his pressers. He may should have earned that Amazon contract.

If it is an injury bug it is all on McVay. I do not believe in coincidences.

I don't follow - how is the injury bug on McVay? Even if he had planned better with the OL and any other position group, I don't know how any team could recover from this level of injury.

Sometimes there is nobody to blame, just bad luck.

Or, we could add a legit LT, edge rusher and come back healthy next year. We are not that far away from having a really good team once again.

Just getting the starting talent we have now to playing health would be a big improvement.

I don’t blame McVay, but yeah a bad OL has a domino ripple effect throughout the entire team, including defense.

Much truth here.

But the Upper staff agreed to Noteboom for 40 mil, 3 years, 25 mil guaranteed.

I love the SB win this last year, but they didn't have to do that.

Hope it was just a "coincidence" Which I do not believe in.

Eleven weeks and eleven different starting O-lines is a management problem.

Lets hope this genius grows up and fixes this big mess.

There is nothing he can do with this many injuries... no coach is winning with a 3rd string QB and 3rd string OL

Forth string Left tackle.

No way this isn't about management.

No team is even close to us.

There is something here that you can't brush off. Too much.

How is 'an injury bug all on' a head coach?

This was the 11th different O-Line combination in 11 games. Nine O-Linemen have gone down with injuries. You think that's on McVay? Really trying to understand your thought process and reasoning.

In 2017, all five of the Rams O-Line starters played in the first 15 games before several were sat in the final game. The Rams led the NFL in scoring. The next season, the Rams were the only team in the NFL that had all five OL starters for all 16 games; and they scored more points that the prior season.

Does McVay get all the credit for that?
