Did you also get sick of all the sorry saps during the week telling us the Rams couldn't win?

Hundreds of posts I stopped reading after the first sentence.

.
Exactly...full on sick of it. Our Rams are solid, just need to gel together. They sure fricking did today!

Fuck the Bills and their travelling fans.

Fuck the refs and their egregious calls.

Our defence was atrocious today, and will have to step up massively, but if the offensive line can stay in one piece, we are winning the division.
I agree with everything you said EXCEPT.... How good would our defense have been without the horrendous calls?

Those were some pretty huge calls towards both offense AND defense (notice - I spelled that correctly).

Honestly, I think this team is a huge mismatch for us. On almost every front or position, you would assume they have the advantage on both sides of the ball.

But we throttled their asses for most of the game EXCEPT when the hankies went flying.

I actually think McVay has a grievance if he requests a review.

What a game. Stafford, Kupp, and Nacua were all excellent. Man I love watching them throw the ball all over the field.

If this version of the Ram's offense shows up the rest of the season, it's not unreasonable to be able to run the table or at least win 3 of 4 to get to 11-6 or 10-7. And this is after a 1-4 start.

This is the type of win you just be happy you got it. We stole one here. Rams had no business beating this Buffalo team, and you could see once they adjusted in the second half that they were the better team. But I'll take it because we had to have it to stay in the playoff chase. If we had lost Seattle would be 2 up on us.

Huge fucking win and I am thankful that we're still in things. 7-6 feels damn good. Now let's get that goddamn secondary fixed.

If you told me the buffalos were going to score 42 points, I would have been tempted to bet the house on the bills.

But darn, that offense was unstoppable today. We need that to carry over against NFC west opponents. Nacua was a beast and even Blake Corum contributed quite well. The defense had some struggles but that first Buffalo possession should have been a 3 and out.

Roughing the passer when he's hit inbounds and in the process of throwing the ball? Stafford doesn't even get ticky tack calls like that and Goff was always getting grabbed by the facemask as a Ram that rarely got called. You breathe on Allen or Purdy and the field turns yellow. WTH?

Had a rough Saturday night didn’t get to sleep until 8am Sunday morning so had to watch the game raw (no gummies)… I need to check the price of defibrillators on Amazon now…

I’m too old for this shit! But great win!!!

I know this is a celebration thread but I have to ask...

Was anyone else confused why Verse was spit out so wide on obvious passing downs.

I realize he has some sort of contain responsibilties but if I am no where near Allen all game I get Verse, my best pass rusher either in the A gap or closer to QB and use someone else for outside contain.

This was driving me bonkers.

On the contrary. The Bills play more zone coverage than any other team. Stafford and the Rams are great at picking apart zone defense. Also, the Bills defense can be run on. They are a favorable matchup for the Rams. But we saw them switch to man and stack the box later in the game, which is something McVay needs to find an answer for. Demarcus being injured hurt the Rams in this regard because he’s one of the best receivers in the league at getting separation.

The Bills against our defense is a tough matchup but I think Princess Allen is a tough matchup against any defense. He has to be contained and when they send everyone out on routes it’s tough to pass rush him as we saw. So his elusiveness allows him all day to pick apart a defense. Thats why the Bills have been averaging 30+ pts a game in the last six games. If the Rams had some lock down corners and were good at Man then that would help but they’d also need faster linebackers to close on Allen. Plus refs don’t let anyone touch Allen.

Rams O finally come together at the most perfect time possible!

And Hunter Long with a TD off the blocked punt was nice to see.

Puka with a monster game.

So much fun.

There is a chance we win in the West... dare I say.
