I hate predicting these things. When I do that, if we start sucking it infuriates me.
So I won't predict score but I will predict some possible developments.
The Cowboys O-line is really shaky. Fredrick is gone. Collins is out and Tyron Smith has been falling apart for years. Looney and Williams inside can be beaten to a pulp by Donald and Crew. Cam Erving was a backup for Eric Fisher in KC last year and has been a colossal bust thus far in the NFL. The Cowboys do have Zach Martin, but what can one lineman do?
Suffice it so say, I can see the Rams Defense looking all world if our defense can take advantage of the Boys Oline mess. If not, we have a long season ahead of us.
On defense, The Boys secondary is real weak. There is no reason we can't throw the ball on them all night.
The outside rush with Aldon Smith, Griffen and Lawrence could cause trouble. Goff needs to be smart and protect the ball. The Cowboys only chance in this game is to get to the QB and cause turnovers. Lots of screens and rollouts need to be in order.
Can we run the ball? Last year our offense plummeted running the ball, it put us in a lot of 3rd and longs. I don't think we improve this season much. We don't have the beef. But let's see.
Nickel CB's. This is the position to watch. Do we have the guy to replace NRC who was one of the best nickel backs in the game? We shall see.

I think the rams will be back to scoring over 30 points a game. The Oline will be improved. The play calling will be more diverse. The D will be harder to read and more of a focus on each individual's assignment, so a better run D. Not worried about the pass D. Rams will dominate.

Well he did make a nice 4th qtr play for a near fumble but this looks like the closest. At least you knew exactly what the Rams would score and who would make a big play!
