We will not shut down the Cowboys on defense. I am confident in our pass coverage. I am optimistic we will have enough pressure on Dak to keep him on the move. I am anxious to see how our run defense performs. I will be satisfied if the Rams defense shows well in all 3 phases. They will get better as the season progresses.
 
I'll take McVay & co having our guys more prepared than theirs, both physically and mentally, plus home field in brand new Sofi putting us over the top: 27-20

Im going to keep my expectations low to start the season. 20-31 cowboys.

My heart says we will somehow pull out a win. We need this win more than they do. We are in the toughest division.

I don't like picking early games, especially when it involves two teams that underwent changes in the off-season. This game is going to come down to which teams defensive front seven matches up better with the opponents offensive line. With many unknowns, I'm going with the Cowboys Dline and linebackers to stifle the Rams run game and pressure Goff heavily.

Vegas has Cowboys favored by 2.5 which is interesting. They are begging for Rams money.

The Rams must not start SJD because it will allow the Boys to run and then the game gets ugly as a total shootout. SJD is absolute crap against the run. The Boys will see the swinging door and laugh and run through it all night long. That much was proved last year. The Rams couldn't stop the inside run with Sebas playing.
