I do not want the Rams to go after anyone. Run what you brung.
As we can now see clearly, the Rams rooks are making a impact.
Just imagine 3 drafts in a row (have 2) with multiple impactful rookies.
Can you say multi year Super Bowl run with Stafford truly wanting to stay around for it until he is 40+ !

Verse is starting to look like he will be a beast of a player, if he's not already. The power and explosion is there. I wish AD had stayed for 1 more season. :)

That young front is growing up fast. And Bobby Brown and Davis both were huge on the 4th down in OT. Wow!
Jared Verse isn't good for a rookie.. he's good for anyone at the edge position... and just getting better. Damn, he's fun to watch!!

They really could use another corner.. I just don't know how much you give up for one.

He’s definitely out performing with this group. Let’s be honest, the secondary is bad and I don’t trust the LBs.

I think the secondary looked worse than they actually are. Consider that three of those long gains happened when the Rams were off sides and the DBs saw the flags and didn't initially keep playing. That is a correctable mistake a bit of a grilling by the coaches and some reps to simulate the situation could fix it.

The seagulls oline did a good job of not reacting to the offsides.

The Rams oline always reacts, happy to get 5 yards.

The Rams dbs are probably used to the oline reacting in practice and subconsciously brought that into the game.

Play to the whistle.

I think the Safeties are fine and improving, but I really don't trust the CBs.

Williams and Durant are really iffy to me

They played well against the Vikings. At least three of those big plays came when the Rams jumped at the hard count and some of the DBs didn't move right away when they saw the flag on the field. They got caught flat footed.

I'm not concerned about Williams, but Durant seems to have mental lapses a few times a game. I wish Tre White had worked out.

Williams just seems inconsistent at times. But agree that it was after the whistle plays. Durant is REALLY up and down. On one of the TDs for Seattle, Durant got burnt back to back.

I wouldn't hate a trade for a CB at all.

IMO, it depends on how good the player is. If we're talking a true shutdown #1 CB, then they should be willing to give a 1st. (Note: I don't think Lattimore is worth that.) With the way we get pressure, this D would be elite with a #1 CB.

If they did give a 1st, they would have little 2025 draft capital, but the strategy would be to continue spending most of the money on offense.

At LT, resign AJ or pick up Bolles in free agency—basically a vet versus a draft pick. The WR position would also be handled in free agency, which was the original plan last year when they almost signed Mike Evans.

I hope people remember this.

There is far too much Nelson Spruce reminders whenever someone says that they like a what they see from a newcomer in Preseason.

Here’s proof that it can be for real.
The Spruce hype still baffles me. He had 1 good preseason game. Really it was like 2 drives. The rest of his "career" was underwhelming.
