In his only two seasons as offensive coordinator, Arthur Smith parlayed an All-Pro RB Derrick Henry who averaged over 5 yards per carry, a stud WR A.J. Brown going off, and a QB switch from Marcus Mariota to Ryan Tannehill into a Head Coaching job.
Don't recall before, but I don't think anyone is calling him a great offensive mind now. Especially, after the team has spent top eight picks on London, Pitts, & Robinson the last 3 seasons to play with his hand-picked QBs.
They are really getting on him down here with his equally splitting RB carries with Robinson who averaging 4.9 ypc and Allgeier who averaging 3.2 ypc.
