There's no scenario where I'd trade for any player in the NFL right now with those two #1's in 2026. No to Parsons, no to anyone else -- unless it's like, Joe Burrow.
We've got to hold on to our cards. A succession plan for QB in '26 is a must.
Oh and drafting a stud OC.
Which I will keep saying until the end of time. Because of course the Rams won't.

Well the beautiful thing is that Dak doesn't require being on the bench to tank the season. Schotty calling the plays plus trading their best defensive player should do most of the damage. :laugh1:

The crap shoot that is 1st round QB drafting and McVey's past probably means we trade for a QB he wants rather than a rookie QB that will take years to build up to.

McVey's time here is limited I think.

I took a glance at cowboyszone.com and was surprised a majority want to be rid of Parsons, saying he disappears in big games/playoffs, has too many distractions, “talks too much,” etc. Of course they don’t like Jerry either. Rough times for America’s team.

Thats the problem; we'll win enough games to be outside the top 5, unless we actually trade Micah and move up, which we won't. I'm just glad I sold my seat license, and I'm no longer financially tied to this team. What sucks is they sent me a 1099, and I had to pay taxes on that shit. Lol.

This is what I worry about w/ Landshark.
He's not the best in coverage, and could get abused by TE's on 'obvious' run downs where it's him & Speights at ILB.
But otherwise... man I'm glad we have him.
