The Dolphins will take a dead cap hit of 29 mill if they trade him. For them to pay some salary as well means he’s costing them over 30 million to not have him on the team. Never gonna happen.

And no, there is no post June 1 trade designation. That is only for releasing players.
They would have to wait until June 1 to get the benefit of splitting cap hit between 25/26

Only way Ramsey moves is if Dolphins cut him
