What I recently learned is there are 2 separate scouts that are in charge of the UDFA's. They are already working them regardless if the Team has picks remaining or not.
Actually, I remember Jourdan writing an article stating that they assign assistant coaches to recruit guys at their position groups. So those scouts working with those coaches and they start hitting the phones around this time.

OT from Texas
Well here's is the list BPA OT list. Some guys that were supposed to go earlier.

I could see another possible trade up. This is where you throw a team Kendrick and save $3M of cap space

This Paul pick is amazing in how it flipped this draft in my mind. I wouldn't have been mad if they went ILB at pick 46 and bumped all their picks down one. Amazing how every pick becomes a fantastic value pick.

How in the fuck has Hollin Pierce not been selected yet? People his size and length and athleticism don’t come along very often, especially not as a redshirt sophomore.

C’mon, Snead, you’ve been drafting mostly D, give the O some more love!

Seems like the knock on him is size. A lot of ILB's have had that knock on them in the past. Navarro Bowman, Derrick Brooks, etc... he puts on 8-10 lbs over time and he will be fine.

Nick Bolton, too. That’s what Paul’s comparison was, and I can see it.

I thought he did go... but I googled him and it doesn't appear that he has. Yeah, some guys there with some decent credentials.

Because I know we don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell at getting him unless we trade up again.

Probably a right tackle or guard at the next level. Feet aren’t quick enough.
Could be a swing tackle maybe? Good experience, a lot of starts at a good programme.

Not a chance. Bad feet, takes a lot of penalties. Part of the reason Ewers playing bad.

What's stopping us from doing that? If the Rams have a guy left in this draft, they'll use next year's pick on him soon.

True. Let’s hope for the best! Phone’s nearly dead, and have one more boccia game left today, so I’m signing off for now. Good luck, Ramily!

You can do that when a player is released (designate it a post-June release for cap purposes but the player can sign with another team before then). It's just an accounting function.

I don't think that can be done with a trade but I am not certain.
You can’t.
