Not a fan of this pick. At all. The number of QBs picked this late that amount to anything are few and far between. Extremely rare.

I'll root for him and let's see what he can do. But it feels like a waste. Arguably a reach as well.

I kind of wonder if the Saints stole our man and we panicked and took the next QB on our board? Or maybe Bennett was the Rams' preferred QB all along, so we pounced after the Saints went QB, being afraid of a QB run... in either case I'd hope not...

Well, I guess he’s a McVay kind of guy, scrappy, smart, doesn’t get sacked, pulls plays out of his ass, and underwhelming in every way yet wins back to back championships

Just goes to show I don’t know shit about what our GM and HC think of drafting! lol

Totally didn’t expect this, but hey that mother fucker is a winner.

I don’t think you jump to “your next choice” at QB if you truly are targeting need.

That doesn’t make sense to me at QB. This was the Rams choice all along.

errr, not a fan of this. undersized 25 yr old QB. There were much better options in terms of drafting a young rookie QB, this was a bad pick.

Ill root for him but ehh, dont see him as anything more than a 3rd stringer

I don't see Manziel at all. Bennett played within Georgia's system, showed up in big games, and showed decent arm talent. He reminds me a lot more of Mayfield than Manziel.

I think you’re right, the Saints figured we’d take a QB and wanted to get ahead of us but but Stetson was our guy, we didn’t waste much time taking him.

First pick I don’t like. I’ll predict that they sign an udfa QB and he beats out Bennett as the primary backup.
