Easy there bud. I said nothing about the Bills being bad. I was getting more at the point that the Rams can't buy into themselves and think this will be an easy game at home because it won't be. Knowing the Rams of the past, they do something great and then come out and look flat. Whether it's coaching, being too full of themselves, or whatever it might be, they can't do it against the Bills if they want to have a chance of winning.

So to answer your question, yes I consider it a trap game, but not because I think the Bills are a bad team like you seem to be getting at.

Now go on back to your Bills forum and tell them how we're calling your team a bad team because you have misconstrued what I've said lol.

LA Times is trash and bait for clicks. Go to the Orange County Register or the LA Daily News and you have more coverage of the Rams.

It would not have surprised me that the LA Times might be out of business or cease to exist soon as other local newspapers are more relevant with trusted and in-depth news content.

Play calling still a huge issue

You could probably watch any team play and pick out a dozen or so plays that look stupid after the fact. I'm not too worried about stuff like that. All I care about is seeing continual improvement. And I've seen that since the first San Fiasco game. Every week is getting better with in-game adjustments and situational play-calling. If anything, they have to start finding more creative ways to spring Gurley. If you can't get him free by handing it off, then send him somewhere and throw it to him. THEN try and run it again. Gotta keep defenses guessing.

This feature does more than likes and "dislikes". As indicated in my first post; we can add any type of post ratings we'd like.

As an example... just to demonstrate... a smiley face has been added to tell someone their post was funny, etc. I don't want over complicate things, but again it demonstrates how this can be used for fun purposes.

As things stand today;
  1. The "thumbs up" = a like and will count in your likes.
  2. The "thumbs down" = disagree. It does nothing. It's a neutral rating.
  3. The "smile face" = funny. It does nothing. It's considered a neutral rating.
  4. The "megaphone" = inappropriate. It acts as a negative rating. This gives members their voice in what they want to see on our forum.
We made these changes based on feedback we've received from members. We've listened;
  1. Members have been asking for moderators to do something about excessive negative posts.
  2. Members who have receiving warnings from moderators, did not feel they were doing anything wrong. The "inappropriate" button gives these members the feedback they need - prior to a warning.
At the end of the day, maintaining our culture is a community thing. We all own it. If executed right, this can help us with that.

Rams’ OL dreadful in both phases of the game

It didn’t matter whether the Rams were passing or running — the offensive line, in particular the offensive tackles, couldn’t hold their ground for many of the plays. LT Greg Robinson was especially poor with a game grade of 30.0 as he allowed a sack, three hurries, flagged twice, and allowed multiple tackles in the run game. RT Rob Havenstein (37.2) and RG Cody Wichmann (40.3) didn’t fare much better as they both struggled to block anyone.

Case Keenum keeps winning, Jared Goff remains on the bench

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Every week, the talk gets a little bit quieter, pushed a little bit further to the background.

Case Keenum isn't supposed to be the Los Angeles Rams' quarterback for very long, but he is progressively proving that he needs to remain that guy in the present.

On Sunday, in a 17-13 road win over the Arizona Cardinals and their ferocious secondary, Keenum went 18-of-30 for 266 yards, two touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 111.2 passer rating. His past three games, he has gone a combined 50-of-86 for 695 yards, four touchdowns and one interception. In his past eight games, dating to the final quarter of the previous season, the Rams have won six times.

Jared Goff, the No. 1 overall pick, will continue to sit.

"Case is not looking over his shoulder," Rams coach Jeff Fisher said. "He's winning games."

For the Rams, that's really all that matters.

But he also made several plays down the field. Two of them went to Kenny Britt for 34 and 31 yards. Another went to Lance Kendricks for 23 yards. Another went to Todd Gurley on a perfectly placed, 33-yard pass. Another went to Brian Quick for a 65-yard touchdown catch that gave the Rams their first score. Another almost went to Austin, who nearly hauled in a diving catch on a fly route but saw the ball touch the turf on his way down.

"It's growing and getting better," Keenum said of his chemistry with the Rams' receivers. "It's not perfect, but we are getting there."


Two of Keenum's biggest plays Sunday were called back because of penalties by left tackle Greg Robinson. One was a 27-yard scramble midway through the third quarter that brought the ball to the Cardinals' 8-yard line but was negated due to Robinson's hold. The other came on third down early in the fourth quarter, when Keenum eluded several defenders in the backfield and somehow found Kendricks for a 27-yard gain before Robinson was ruled an ineligible man downfield.

Keenum admitted after the game that he was "pretty tired." He recalled at least three throws that he missed -- to Kendricks, to Austin and to Quick. And he called his team "fighters," because they have recovered admirably from a demoralizing season-opening loss to beat the Seattle Seahawks at home and then win back-to-back games on the road. They've done it all under Keenum.

"He expects to win," Fisher said. "That's how he is. That's why, months ago, we said that he was our starter -- because we have confidence in him, and he can win games."

This quote from Young should raise some serious eyebrows about the game he called in our SB loss. Thats some serious 7-9 bullshit.

Gives alot of credence to him trying to direct the outcome of the SB. Which his calls against us and his arguing about the holding call on the Faulk fumble. I hope someone digs up the play Young spoke of.

Now onto what happens to the pressure when Quinn departs? Who is the DE who replaces Quinn that causes the pass rush to not be as effective? That would be RDE Eugene Sims. Sims does hold up at times better than Quinn against some outside runs. I was sure I heard something close to your comment above on trashing Sims after posts by members here who were very upset with Eugene Sims & said so & were critical of Sims actions last week when he was ejected early along with the Hayes injury making the Rams DL very short of personnel.

Now, is that throwing out negativity against both our RDE's here in this forum? Might these comments be factual comments & very close to the full truth? Not much to get here on my comments on Rob Quinn who just happens to be our highest paid player who is a starter & finished a major divisional game where he had Zero tackles Zero assist, Zero sacks.

Yes Quinn produces pressure & hurries & a few hits but it was not a good overall game for him in spite what PPF says when you acknowledge that Quinn had an aged very immobile stationary QB in the pocket all game long...... Yes the Rams did take Carson out in the 4th quarter. Rob Quinn is seriously vital to this defense. When Quinn has an off game it will cause big issues for Gregg Williams defense. Back before the season opened in July I had Rob Quinn's return to full health as my #1 concern for this defense, that should tell you just how I view Rob's importance as a Ram player.

Manhandled on run plays? Let's just say we agree to disagree on that BonifayRam. I'm not sure what you expect out of Quinn? He job is probably the hardest on the Dline since he has to play against what is usually the best oline player on the opposing team. Then he gets freaking choke hold on every single pass rush. If the refs would call holds like the one they called on Grob, Quinn would be unstoppable. Quinn won us that game in Tampa and he deserves every penny he makes.I think your right about Longacre he should get more playing time.

Yes that is by far the best answer he can give, even if he doesn't feel that way, which I think and hope he does. It gets the press off of his back because they can't ask anything else about his run game after that response, and if they are stupid enough to do so, then all he has to do is repeat what he said for those that are hearing impaired.

The great thing about those three close wins is that now the team will have that sort of confidence in their ability to win close games. They won't panic when they are down one score in the 4th because they will know that they are perfectly capable getting that W. Confidence goes a long way.
I am still not over that multiple tackle escape by Keenum, he played his heart out.
