One thing this market proves with QBs

So injuries don't exist?

Besides, after 4 years the backup is a free agent and gets expensive. If you maintain a pipeline you have a guy hopefully ready to step in as backup. No pipeline, you either have to count on a rookie as backup, meaning you probably use a higher pick and still might miss, or sign somebody expensive. I figure pick up a QB every other year, so the backup has two years to develop - and if it's a miss, you can get somebody the next year and have one year to develop him before the backup gets expensive.
Of course they exist. If the starter gets hurt, the backup plays and they sign a jag who plays on a pro rated salary. If you’re playing your 3rd string qb for any amount of time your season is shot

What position will we sign next?

Center. Ryan Jensen.
We can dream bro! But this would be ideal....
I'd love it if we could sign a center and an ILB before the draft. Everything else would be added depth, and that could be done after the draft is over.
Top needs IMO.....Vets at these two spots would make transition smoother....draft some late round rooks to look over their shoulders....
Rams will find a way to re-sign Sullivan if they're smart.
Shoulda already done this:mad:....I mean....are we low-balling :banghead: a key cog to the top scoring offense:confused:????

Would you guys draft Orlando Brown at #23?

His numbers have really improved at Oklahoma's Pro Day, only two weeks after the combine. Maybe he was sick.

Maybe. Although nothing came out of his side that claimed that, which I think it would have.

More likely he has spent the past two weeks actually training hard, after being lackadaisical before the combine. Would he continue making an effort after being drafted?

Cousins to Vikes

Besides the Rams being successful and winning the Superbowl next season, the one thing that would make me extremely happy is if Case Keenum , in Denver, outplays Kirk Cousins,in Minnesota. I know it isn't likely but if the Vikings are worse with Cousins it would be so sweet for Case, and it would make me very happy.

Where Has Team Loyalty Gone ?

FWIW's I have always felt Loyalty is my greatest strength and weakness as one can be loyal to a fault. As to players, if they can get more money elsewhere, I never hold that against them nor would I hold it against me for changing jobs to make more money, which I have only done a few times, but good for others, who can make as much coin as they can.

Some players like where they are like Robey-Coleman, however, once you're at their level with the ability to move about the country because of large contract, IMO, you can't hold that against any player as we would not hold it against a colleague in the corporate world.

Indeed, are we not all fans of the "LA-not-St.Louis" Rams? How much more money does BILLIONAIRE Stan Kroenke need?

I get that a lot of people held this against him, but he still did it, and stands to profit quite handsomely from it. If the owner of your company puts money above all else how can we expect the employees to think any differently? As always it's the fans who pay the steepest price, literally and figuratively. But who cares about them, amirite?

Just How Good is Jared Goff (Niner Nation Fan Post)

Jared has more wins in 2 years than garapolo does in his career. He also has playoff experience now, I doubt the 49ers are even close to contenders next season.

Fans can be unrealistic but come on, who is their RB?
Who is catching balls ?
Who do they have on defense other than a banged up 30 year old corner?

The 49ers are far from talented, just having garolpolo doesn' make them a good team

Just more goff hate guys, it will never stop until he wins it all.

Rams Behind the Grind Trailer

I love Web's positivity man. He's one of my favorite twitter follows. Look forward to watching that.

Re: the draft just get difference makers with each pick. That's the key IMO, regardless of position. Each one of those types will set this team further and further apart from the competition. Keep building it.
I agree totally. If anybody is going to be a reserve and be perfect to come back at a time of need its Web. Who would of thought last offseason he'd be fighting for a position to get on the field at nickel? Lol

I feel it we get our front 7 together watch out!
