Mourning AD in my own way

"E tu, Memento?" ~ Will Hayes

Fate, I love William Hayes and Eugene Sims both. Hayes' work with the homeless is inspiring, and I will always respect Eugene Sims for taking the time out of his day after a hard game to talk with me and my folks after we went on the field after the Thordaddy game.

I still think AD is just...yeah. I've accepted that he's probably not coming back out of retirement. We've left the door open, but he's accomplished everything he's ever wanted, and I have so much respect for the man with whatever choice he makes.

Rams News: Xavier Smith Secures Extension

Yeah - but bringing this article to Life like it was something new ?

Just an observation without really checking ? Was he on The Rams 53 when they played Detroit ? Winn was & cost then Earnest Brown who the Niners poached from The Rams.
I just feel that many looked at Drake Stoops who is short, slow and does not offer anything on special teams. Smith got his feet wet last year, is much faster and has experience as a punt returner so IMO, the Rams are better off with Smith making the squad then Stoops iMHO.

The Rams have the best OL in the NFC West (and it's not close)

Y'all know I loved the McClendon pick because he honestly reminds me of a mini-Havenstein. Very technical, understands leverage, surprisingly powerful for his weight. He's probably made huge gains.

Leveston may have to wait a bit...but I think he could be really good as well. Played left tackle at K-State next to Beebe at left guard. Obviously, he's not going to be a left tackle in the pros, and Beebe obviously helped a lot, but he's a big guy who has solid feet and powerful hands.

I'm stunned Limmer fell to us. I was glad they picked Davis, happy that we drafted Karty, ecstatic that we drafted Whittington (you should've heard me in my room; I was screaming like a Justin Bieber fangirl when we picked Whittington), but Limmer should've never been there; they could've picked him at Brennan Jackson's spot, and I'd have been happy with it. This sixth round could be our version of the 2023 fifth round.

Then you have the bubble players: Zach Thomas, Logan Bruss, A.J. Arcuri, and Mike McAllister, along with the UDFAS (Justin Dedich and Blake Larson), and Grant Miller (who I...just don't see it with him). I figure one of them is going to make this roster and maybe one or two will make the practice squad. McAllister, I don't think has a shot with us...but if he impresses, I'd definitely trade him for a conditional pick or another potential bubble player at a position of need (cornerback or inside linebacker).

Rams draft ranked 9th overall on average based on average of 20 different graders

isn't the Falcons QB situation actually better than the Rams, with respect to the plan of progression? And that's because they took Penix
Definitely.
If Cousins quits tomorrow or gets knocked out for the year, the Falcons have his replacement. At least a potential replacement.

If Stafford goes quits after this season or gets a lengthy injury, we’re screwed.
