In 2022, when Blake was hired full-time out of Stanford’s MBA program, she and Temme began installing a process to turn the anecdotal moments in a decision-making process, such as Hill’s voice changing, into quantifiable evidence for or against the selection of a player during the crucial minutes of a pick.

Gathering this information also helps Blake engage in unique debates with Snead away from the rest of the group. On a particular day in January, Snead moved a player up one bucket on his call sheet and moved another down when the area scout expressed his excitement about the first player and as Gladstone drew out a comparison between the two.

During a break, Snead poked his head into Blake’s office. Didn’t Snead think he should simply expand the bucket instead of moving the second player out of it, she asked. The coaching staff, who would soon begin its first wave of draft evaluations, would get an initial exposure to only that first bucket of players, with the next bucket to follow a few weeks after. Getting on coaches’ desks in the first bucket is often a good thing for the player, but if the scouting staff was able to compare the first player to the second — unaware of the movement by Snead on the call sheet — shouldn’t the coaches do the same?

Funny you say this because that year may literally be the only year I got anything right.

Hated the GRob pick, loved and predicted the AD pick. Every other year though, I've been completely wrong lol

The ROD whipping boy is definitely Troy Reeder. :)
We've seen Troy Reeder as a starter and a veteran and he's extremely limited.
At least Derion Kendrick has potential to improve and contribute.
Hell, he was only a six rounder. I could see him making a huge comeback and contributing bigly.

That was my thought as well,but now from looking at the growth of The Rams DE’s imo they’ll try to do that more in tandem.Look for J.Stewart to be that guy as well.

Saw a photo from OTA’s that makes me think that even more if I saw it correctly.He looks like a ILBer from his build,and also gets depth ?

We’ll see.Nick Hampton I never get why Sean Mcvay has been SO high on him ? He’s talked about him for 3years now & have always thought what a wasted draft pick.To each his own Sean ? Does he’d make the squad in 2025 ? Might be wrong,that’s always been my take.Just like Brian Allen.

I think having the last memory of the fumble that stopped us from taking the lead and seeing Saquon break long runs to beat us kind of skewed our opinions some. He is definitely the best back we have had since Gurley. It doesn't take much of a hole for him to get good yards. One might say he explodes thru the line at times. Just saying.

I really hope what Rodrigue says is true and McVay is right about Ferguson. She might be the best source we have, but last year she said that the team didn't make any calls after the top 10 selections and the NFL Films The Pick is in draft show came on and showed that wasn't correct.

I really hope it comes back on this year and they feature the Rams again.

I just bracket race it these days. Needs a paint job but it has quite the engine I built myself. 700ish horsepower 461. High Port heads, big solid roller, 1050 Dominator, custom headers and all that. 15-20K into the engine.
I will probably paint it myself after I retire in 6-7 years as a full paint job is 10-12 K these days. But my engine looks GREAT !
They call the GTO The Goat. Rams are sheep............. so it all fits. I was born for this.

Same, My dad always had a Bonneville. My sister and I still have a 67 Firebird in storage. Trying to get started restoring it. Wide track Pontiac is in my blood.
