A Great Bye Week Subject to Post @12intheBox

For me personally, I cant look one single day past the Month of November. These 4 games I will become obsessed with for various and obvious reasons.

As you most certainly know the Rams will need to win a minimum 3 of these 4 contests to pack up a 6-5 record for their unpredictable journey heading into the battle month of December.

On paper I can debate like everyone that there are 3 victories here to be had. Now thinking they're getting all 4 of them is beyond my reality of thinking so no damn way am I going to mention http://data:image/jpeg;base64,/9j/4AAQSkZJRgABAQAAAQABAAD/2wCEAAkGBxQQEhAUExQWFBUXFRYZFRYYFhUVGBgiHR0fHRweFBUdHCgsHx0lHhUfLTgiJio3Li4uFx8zODQsNzQtLisBCgoKDg0OGhAQGjElHyY4LCwsLTQuLCssLCwsNy0sLCwsLCw0MDQsLywsLywsLCwsLSwsLCwvNCwsLCwsLCwsLP/AABEIAJAASAMBEQACEQEDEQH/xAAbAAEAAgMBAQAAAAAAAAAAAAAABgcDBAUCAf/EAEIQAAIBAwEDBwcJBgcBAAAAAAECAwAEEQUSEyEGBzFBUWGhFCJxgZGxwSVSU3JzgpKToiQzNUJUsiMydJTC0dIV/8QAGgEBAAIDAQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAQFAQIDBv/EADQRAAIBAgMFBgUCBwAAAAAAAAABAgMRBCExElFxscEFEzJBYaEzgZHR4SOSFCJCUqLw8f/aAAwDAQACEQMRAD8AvGgFAKAUBw+XN+9tp97NGdl0gdkPYccD6qApyx0pAyujSJNw/wAdZH3ue1nJ87j1Hgaqv4ione5cvC0mrWLh5C6pJd2FrNLgyOnnEDAJBIzjqzjoq0TurlO1ZnerJgUAoBQCgFARjnNbGlaj/p38aAreyGGUd6/CqNnoSw+az+F2f1T/AHGruOiPPy1ZLKyYFAKAUAoBQEW50f4TqP2DfCgK7tuDehvjVH5HonqWHzWrjStP74QfaSavDzpKqAUAoBQCgFARXnTPyTqH2J94oCs76bdx3D/NSQ+wGqWCu0i/qOyb4lwckrTcWVnHjGzBECOw7Iz41dFAdagFAKAUAoBQER512xpd2PnBU/EwHxrEnZGYq7SKz1G33wWD6eaKHh04dwGI9C5Pqqrw0b1EXOLlamy+qtSlFAKAUAoBQCgIRzuyjyKOM9Ml1bqPuvvD+mM1zqu0GzrQV6kV6kS5Kw73UrBT/Lv5vWihFz+c3sqJg45tk3Hyyii5KnlaKAUAoBQCgFAVjztXe1c6dADwUTTuO8ARof1vUbFO1OxLwUb1b7jBzcpnUWPzbM/qlH/mtMHozpj/ABRLVqYQBQCgFAKAUBw+V3KDyGJCqbyaVxHBHnZDMQTlj1KoBJPYK0q1I04OctEZim3ZFa3+i3VzO1xNdxmQoqbK2pKKAc4XMwPSenrqhq9qKplsf5fgnUYypNtP2/J0OTUj6bdrJLu5IrjdW7OodGibaYoSpJ812kweJwQtTOz8ZCbdO1nrvOeKcptSLWq1IgoBQCgFAKArnlRLvtUwei2tRj6078SPuwiqftidqcY73yJGHWbZ9FUBKOVywXNhe56oHI9I4jxFScG7V4cUc6nhZa0DEqpIwSASPVXriCZKAUAoBQHiaZUUs7BVAyWYgADtJPRQFX6peCW/mntlaeKaCEbxcIgaNmxh2xtKVfpUHoqk7WlTnsraV1e615dbEmhdXyCXFx/Tx/7rj7Nx8aqNmn/c/wBv5O93u9zR5QmWWAwm3k2ZGRZGjdJtlNsbwgAqxOxnACnjUnCKlGspSnkvRr78znUu42SLO0TXoL0MYJAxU4dCCsiE9UkbYKn0ivURkpK60IZ06yBQCgFAVZrV2dSvJC/G1tXMcMfHZllX95I46CEPmqD15NU3amLcf0oPN68N3zJNCnf+Zm7nPTVAiUexWTU9gVkwc/VoXQi6gGLmBSyH6VRxaKTtVgOHYcEVOwOJdGol/S9fucqkdpFjaXfpcwxTRnKSIrqe5hkZ7+NeoIhtUAoDT1i73EE8vTu4nfHbsqT8KArHk1bbq0tV690hY9pYbRJ78tXjcTPbrSl6ssYK0UjqiuJk9ismDIqE8QDjtwazc1MkPAr6R76z5GDd5rm+T406opJ4l9EcrKPAV7KlLahGW9IhPJktrcwKA4HL6Nm02/VCAxt5AMnA/wAvbS9swQWXVVjOyIbk7PDzbaYjhw4HZA6u2vGxouWe1H9yLFyt5P6Gv/8AZuGxurCY980kUCj1AufCuioU14qi+Sb+xq5PyRmjtLyX97PHbj5lum2/50mQPUpptUI+GLlx0+i+5i0nqzdtdCgBQld6wPB5neZh6GcnHqrWVedtbLcsuRjZRtaLeieOGYcFfzl+rk4J+6M1irBwk4ea5hO6udnmuT5NtnPTLtykdm8dn/5V6+EdmKW4hMldbAUBFecy4KWD4/nlt4z6HlRT4GuVf4UuD5G0fEiOTz4ljXHB97x7CuyQPWC34K8dGN4N7re/+osG8zJPJshe90X8TAfGsxV/cwzJLPu0eTp2EZ/wgt8KRjtNR35GG7GhZqYbBeJLJZliT053RYk9+TXeVp136y6mmkTFqTG10uTHAx2YUdx3YX3mt6a7zEq/nLqavKJZ+lWQt4YYR0Rxog79kAfCvVkQ2qAUBE+dJfky6b6MJL+B1b4VrOO1Fx3mU7Mi+tKA1uxOAt0mO/b24gPXvR4V46hpJb0/az6FhLyM98uVj+2hPskU0p6vg+RhnnXR+y3eP6eb+w1tQ+LHiuZrLRmXXB+zXWOjyebH5Zx4Uo/EjxXMxLRmtywUNaSL1SNCnqeRF9xqRgVfERNKnhZaYr1JFFAKA5fKiw8ps7uHGTJDIoHaSpx44oCrL6+29MW4xkrDDMPrRlW96V5OnT2cT3fq19bonN3hc7uquERm/lR0bPcHU+6o9JNtLffkbSM15b7ccsfW0cie1SPjSErSUuDMM0dJl8osIm+ktMH0mIqfGu9SPd12tz6mizial/NvLCzfp2m09j+bFmpWEWzjLesuppPOBbor0ZGFAKAUBTrWIjg1Szxwha4RB1bEimSLA7AGK/cNedx0O7xcZ77PoyXTd6bRtSJ5TYEdO9s/aTF/3UJfp1+Eupu84nV0e736W8v0ixv+IAnxJrnVhsOUd10E75nJ5EHZsIOxUkAJ7FLcfRgVIxedeXy6GkPCcrygR6PYqcmR4oN1GAWeQqytiNBxJAHVUulGUsa3FaN3Ob8Bd1egOAoBQCgIJyv0mZLwXEFu9wk0G6uERkVgUOUYbbAHIkcdXRUHHYR4iK2XZo6U57LzInyI1RntbSOG3nuJEjVHCpsIpXgQ8z4UY7Bk91V1Xs6tVrTayTep1VWKijpcldD1EQw225W13I2WuJWWYEAnZ3ES42uGOLEAdhqVLsxTqynN5PyRp3tlZG5p/NpN5Obee9240jaOFEiMadey1xh8ydI8zIHDiTUyOEpRqOpbN5/8Obm7WJHyP5FQaaoKs802wEM0p2n2R0KnzEHzR413jFR0RqSatgKA/9k=

' ing this entire group. Lets take a look a closer look at our dance partners for the month of November...

Nov. 6 Panthers- They have the 2015 MVP slumping Cam Newton who can still on any given Sunday make them formidable. Not a team the Rams want to let hang around in a close game in the 2nd half. Fortunately their Secondary can only cover WR's for about as long a stripper keeps her top on. This as of today seems to be one of the games I favor to get a victory and snap the 3 game debacle the Rams need to put behind them.

Nov. 13 at Jets- This being an East Coast road game and a strong defensive team combined with their own version of Keenum (Fitz) makes me think it will probably only take 17 points to win it. The question is will the Rams bring 20 points to the table or loose a 17-16 4th quarter nail biter? I think this game is not as easy as many will take for granted but clearly a game the Rams should be competing in until the final quarter.

Nov. 20 Dolphins- A team nobody wants to play at the moment because they are putting up ridiculous college football rushing stats that have everyone gushing. They may not be as hot by the time they arrive in LA for this contest but no matter the Rams will be quite thankful this is at Los Angeles. I will be watching the Phins closely the next 2 games to see what the hell all the hype is about. If this game was happening this Sunday I would probably pick the Dolphins.

Nov. 27 at Saints- This game has a feeling of the Detroit game so it might take 30 points or more to win. If there ever was a game you could hope for Gurley to bust off 150 plus this might be it. Or maybe Keenum has another 300 yard air duel with future HOF'er Brees. Either way we all know this game is as winnable on paper as they get but how the Saints are playing leading up to this contest and if they're still alive in their division race, makes them an unpredictable team that is always dangerous on their home turf.

This was just a mini generic break down for now until the games get closer but as I stated earlier, the month of "NOVEMBER" is as far as my eyes can see on the schedule..

No doubt for us Rams Fans next month will be......

Spread the field and run gurley !

This type of change doesn't make that much sense to me. Going from a west coast run oriented offense to an air raid spread offense mid-season? There is a learning curve associated with that as a unit. This type of change might suit Keenum and Goff best but what about the matchup problems an already struggling offensive line would face when implementing a whole new blocking scheme on the fly? This type of thing takes at least an off-season to get going.

Perhaps we're overthinking our O problems?

I think the O would be improved all around if coach Groh were the OC. We all see that the WRs are much improved, remember the last 4 yrs no WR could get open ever, we see them running free this season, if only we had someone with a cannon that could get the ball to them. Groh had to know the run side of the O prior to being named Rams passing game coordinator and he appears to have the ability to teach and get results with the WRs, I'd be willing to bet it would work with other O position groups as well.

Fishers best chance would be to have a solid OC forced upon him and let the OC do what he feels the Rams O needs to do to be successful, not what Fisher wants them to do, but what the OC wants to do.

Jeff Fisher Postgame Press Conference - 10/23

.

I choose not to listen to fisher speak because, well, just because. However they showed a snippet on NFL live and man, it reinforced that decision. You wouldn't be asking about Goff if we won? That's what he says after the third loss in a row after his Qb has thrown 8 ints in that span. What did he expect them to ask him? How well the team is playing? I think next time I'll just fast forward through it when I see his face on the screen.

Rams Head Coach Jeff Fisher – Press Conference – October 24, 2016

(On the play of the wide receivers and if they’re playing up to their capabilities)
“We’re getting more production out them, which is good. Brian (Quick) is making plays, Kenny (Britt) is making plays, but when you playing close games, you got to do everything exactly right, and we didn’t do that at the wide receiver position; nor did we do that at the offensive line position, or the running back position, for that matter. You have to deflect, or be realistic from that standpoint, when you’re looking at the quarterback position. Because if an offensive lineman gets beat on the snap, and the quarterback gets hit and he’s hurried on the throw, if the throw is incomplete, it’s not the quarterback’s fault, it’s the offensive lineman’s fault. That’s just an example. We just have to get better as a team.”

The highlighted part for me sums up why Fisher has not been a success as a HC. He wants a ball control time consuming offense that doesn't score a lot of points and leans on really good defense to keep the opponents score down. In other words his entire philosophy revolves around creating close games. Problem is the players he prepares for games don't play mistake free football and do everything exactly right. Far from it.

Non-highlight #1: "The overthrow"

I could understand him pulling up if the ball was supposed to go somewhere else and he was preparing to get in on blocking for that guy. Not an excuse, still dumb. But if he whiffed a block when another guy got the ball we'd all be bitching about that too.

I have a hard time arguing (discussing, taking an opinion, whatever) about these things because everything could go at least two ways and there's no way to be happy. Oh well, at least there's want anything to be happy about anyway.

Non-highlight #2: Keenum's audible

I would have gone for the first down. I was saying it on the TV. Quick versus ARC? On a jump ball in the end zone? Rogers Cromartie is too good for that especially against an average receiver like Quick. Why not fake the fade and short throw it to Quick? He could easily have had the first down. Keenum is just not good under pressure. He saw the blitz was coming and just wanted to get rid of the ball fast, even if it was not the best scenario.
Some obvious shit, huh?

Some Pics I took from LA Home Opener!

Jeff: Nice grass, huh Jared
Jared: yeah,I guess.Not bad.
Jeff: You think this is nice ?You should
try the grass on the other side of that thick white line.
Oh it's much nicer...specially crafted Artisan blend. Great for standing.Good
solid "standing grass" over there Jared.
Like it so much,I do all of my serious standing over there.
Jared:Yea?
Jeff.Yea,you know if want you can stand over there with me and watch a game or sixteen.

LOL....*goes and cries in the corner*

Keenum's interceptions not all his fault ... according to Moss

Defender is standing still- Quick would be running towards with momentum- can you jump higher from a standing position or with a running start? plus he is 6'4- so at worst the play is incomplete IMO- but I think Quick has a shot to shield the defender and outjump him to high point that ball. I think was right play- but Quick didn't understand the audible. Fisher seemed upset at wrs after game- so that tells me Quick missed that read.

STLtoday - Imagining the LA Rams London Introduction

I thought it was pretty funny - and I'm still a fan of this franchise. As long as the Rams are losing - you can expect this kind of snark - not just from STL (although certainly from STL) but also from LA and the national media. The only real way to escape it is to win.
Yeah the LA media is ripping their ass ( mostly Fishers ass) from a few pieces I just read and deservingly so. I can't wait to hear the espn shows today haha
