Rams-Ravens practice Report From Baltimore Sun

is this former rams donnal? if it is he's still in the same form he showed at the rams.

.
Same guy, although we rarely saw him on the field. He's basically a rookie.

Marqui Christian

A player who continues to flash, and have a great camp. Man, we have some serious depth at positions, where you can never have too much. I want to see Marqui deliver a few of his signature hits during preseason. Reminds me of my boy, Darian Stewart.

8to12 Camp report Sat 8/04

In WR vs CB drills, Cooper Kupp beat Robey-Coleman 3 straight times for completions. Coleman looked frustrated after the third one. Reynolds schooled Sam Shields with a stop and pivot move . Shields was riding him with his body to the outside when Reynolds stopped on a dime, came up out of his crouch and cut inside while Shields kept moving to the outside. It was an OH WOW moment. Mike Thomas was looking smooth running his routes and catching the ball. He is looking more consistent then he has in the past.
Woods and Cooks were their usual..... unstoppable against the DB's

Cooper Kupp is a dog!

Mike Thomas giving Reynolds a run for 4th WR. Nice to read he make a great move. Rams could have the best 3, 4,5 and 6 WR groups in the NFL.

After individual drills, the Offense worked on Reverses. The WR would come around the back side of the QB to receive the toss. Then they worked some Dbl reverse with the RB receiving a toss and then tossing it to the WR coming the opposite way. They ran one of these in 11-on-11 with Woods being faked the toss, then play action with Woods then catching a wheel route for a TD from 20 yards out.

Got build on the fake reverse now going to Cooks and other. Keep'em guessing Sean.

During 11-on-11's, for many plays, the second team offense had Noteboom (LOT), Demby (LG) and Brian Allen at Center. They seemed to hold their own when Brockers and Suh were on the field. Mannion made a couple of nice completions. He hit Reynolds on an 18 yard crossing pattern against the first team D.

Great news on the rookies and Mannion.

ON a play in 11-11, MIcah Kiser blitzed and blew up John Kelly trying to protect. The collision knocked Kelly's helmet off. That was the play of the day for me.

Good and bad. First highlight mentioned on Kiser. He looked like a natural blitzer in college. Looking forward to see blitzes coming from everywhere this year!

A+ on the report @8to12 .

CAMP REPORT Sun Aug-05 Camp Thread

So with Longacre out against the Ravens the new Ram depth chart on their site lists Ejuan Price, Trevon Young and Brian Womac as the backups at the "Will" position, I'm sure Lawler and newly signed veteran Ryan Davis could play too, but they list those two behind Ebukam at the OLB position.

Great opportunity for Price, who with additions might have been given up for dead. At Pittsburgh Price could flat out rish the passer, but struggled with durability and I'm not sure if he can hold the edge in run support. I want to get a long look at Trevon Young, who is much taller than Price at 6'4 vs 5'11 and before his hip injury at Louisville was a stud and seemed to be coming back into his own at the end of his senior campaign.

CAMP REPORT Sat Aug-04 Camp Thread

Got a text from a bud of mine who lives in San Dog and is up there visiting family. He went to camp and I get a text when he got there about what a cool scene it was and then... Wait for it... A while later three more with expletives about Goff goin off.

Pretty cool as this dude is a die hard Chargers fan and very knowledgeable. I was all smug like gettin the texts like "ahhhh yeeeeuh inorite?"

Hang Time: Jared Goff goes Hollywood

I'm going to listen closely all year. He has to call Happy Gilmore

The way he's goin the call sign he'll be callin out is "40 year old virgin." :D Kid needs to get his game on man, you heard the dudes (OL Roger & John) ribbin him about buyin him a "romphim" when they were discussing the suits he hooked them up with. It was pretty funny, too, the comment Roger made about him needing a really tight one and all.

I know the dudes love him btw. Just kiddin around here for the record before someone swoops in all crazy. But the kid gettin himself some swag wouldn't be the worst thing. Start having some hotties he's dating prowling the Ram sidelines making a scene. Some quality @$$, too, not the type of garbage you'd get up in SF... :rolllaugh:

Camp Report Thur. July 26

Thanks Tron.

I just remember when our Rams were in StL. I really like the real time stuff. Made me want to find out in detail what happened later.

Maybe I can find a balance or someone like @rams24/7 who is much more adept at the phone thing can carry that burden.
Hey y'all its been a while. I wish I could do camp twitter report this year, unfortunately I'm not in So Cal this summer. Moved out to NOLA 3 weeks ago

bubbaramfan camp report 8/02/18

ELO 7:00pm @ the Fabulous Forum. :rimshot:

I guess a report from how the new stadium is looking would cool. They are after all next door neighbors. Once again from my point of view though STan did not just go done to LA one morning & say he was going to build a Stadium there. He already knew his wife had the property he bought from his wife.If he did though there was always hindsight to get your foot in the door to a classic piece of land.

Smart man !! He will go down as one of the Great owners if not Stadium designer.

Gurley 4 Year 60 Mil Extension

As much as I love TG I do not know if allocating this amount of cap money to RB is the way to build a Super Bowl team.
I think it's worth it if you have an All-Pro caliber back. I don't think the don't think the GSOT era would have happened without Faulk. We don't have to have to spend all of our cap on qb so we should spread it around and keep our guys happy and our team together. Actually, on another note, spending all of your cap of avg QBs like Alex Smith, Kirk Cousins, Jimmy Garrapolo etc don't help you build a Superbowl team either. Honestly, I think variance in NFL qb play is leveling out, especially when Brady retires, and we're entering a different era.

SN: I know you didn't mention anything about QBs. I just went on a tangent.

Re-sign Saffold?

Kromer's method of cross-training is genius.

You not only can have less Gameday actives but each lineman learns what the other ones job is as well.
Which helps them do their job.

Replacing a Boudreau with a Kromer was one of the biggest things we did last year to turn it around
As well as McVay understanding the importance of an O line.
