Jared Goff quietly leads Rams to perfect 3-0 start: Silver

I knew I wasn't crazy. People want to be right so bad, its almost pathetic. Why not just say "I was wrong, Jared isn't a bust". They'll offer up a million excuses for why he wins, but no excuses when he loses.

Players and coaches know, they aren't stupid. Jaylen Ramsey said Goff was above average and called Matt Ryan overrated; that's a compliment to Goff. But that's okay, like I said it's all about a story. No one wants a script that says "The Quarterback everyone made fun of makes a quick turn around and makes everyone look stupid".

They'd rather take the script that focuses on hot new QBs that make plays with their legs. That's cool, our guy can be the hot new QB with a team that doesn't give a flying f*ck about your opinion. How's that for a script?

And how do you stop that? By forcing them to compete. If you get to pick and choose what networks you want, you're going to force both telecom companies and networks to drop prices.
So two telecom companies both getting over charged by the networks will help consumers? Guess that's why half of Los Angeles doesn't have the Dodgers on TV because that competition isn't helping anybody. I get the more competition company but if networks set their price and the telecom companies are complicit in screwing the people it isn't gonna change anything. There are already at least 2 telecom companies for people to pick from plus the cord cutting options. And those telecom companies aren't dropping prices or hurting for a dollar. I understand where you're coming from but having run businesses for a long time just have a different view on this subject.

Ref for Chargers@Rams

I used to go to a casino, which is a fu***** nightmare.
Then to a sports bar, which isn't too bad except the Rams were always on a small tv.
Once I realized I was spending more at the sports bar than the ticket would have cost it was an easy choice. Haha.
I go to one that has 3 big screens and a couple dozen small ones. Since there are 6 to 10 of us Rams fans that are regulars we get a big screen. It’s usually in the smallest room but that’s ok, except for the Ronnie Lott jersey right above the screen. Spend about $20 bucks a game including tip. One or two good looking waitress ‘s too.

I love this!!

True, however, I also meant that Brian Schottenheimer gets every Head Coach he serves fired. Started with Mark Richt of Georgia, then Chuck Pagano of Indianapolis and it might lead to the final year in Seattle with Pete Carroll.

Robert Lincoln was in Washington when his father was assassinated, accompanied James Garfield to the train station, when he was shot and later died from the wounds and was next to President William McKinley at the World's Fair in Buffalo, when McKinley was assassinated....Fast forward to President Warren G. Harding dedicated the Lincoln Memorial with Robert Lincoln in attendance to accept and Harding then died in office.

Ahh, good call. I missed it but thats an accurate comparison
