I'm totally with you there Ken. Every game counts. I was trying to point out that these 4 are the ones that seem to have the most impact towards the race to #1 seed. That's why I wrote games that "matter". But, of course every game counts!I get the optimism, but you're assuming the Rams don't run into a couple of 'any given sunday' games. I wouldn't be shocked if the Rams lose a game to the 49ers or the last game against the Seahawks. If something like that happens then the road to the #1 becomes murkier. But if the Rams win those 4 games the #1 seed should be wrapped up in easy fashion.
Rest him vs lowly niners. Let Brown get some reps because chances of him having to play in playoffs i would wager to be close to 50%.Day to day could mean two weeks I guess.
I would rather Saffold be playing as he is playing at a pro bowl level. The good from this is Brown gets some PT just in case he is needed down the road. Hope Saffold is playing soon.
Shane Ray has had injury issues but he also did have some success early on in his career before he got hurt. No way am i saying lets pay him after this year. I am saying trade a 5th or 6th for him bring him here have him sack the quarterback and if he does good and wants to stay in LA after the year it would have to be a team friendly deal. If not guys like Obo will be healthy and had more time to develop. The information above shows Ray is a injury liability at this point. Free agent next year and not playing does sound like he will be the answer.
Any tackle would be blatant. I also think it should be grounds for being kicked out of the game if you get 2 blatant violations. If you're a CB manned up outside the hashes and the WR gets a step on you, the prevailing response will be to tackle his @$$ the moment you think he's lookin for the ball. Defenses will take a 15 yard penalty over a PI for 40 yards all day every day.
Rams signed him for $604,118 and ended up paying him a bit over $92k for his time with us.
too much Aussie....~ shaunpinneyMay i ask why you were meh when you saw his resume?
.
haha...I saw in the alerts that you quoted my post and before I opened it I thought "Clyde the Glide Drexler! 503's gonna give me shyte! lol.Small point. It was Clyde the Glide.
I met Keesey a couple of times, Duckworth was a good friend of a bar owner friend of mine and I met Porter as well. All really fan friendly.
My wife was having a show at the old Brasserie Mont Marte ( no longer there) and Kersey was there with a big group. He was with the Lakers then. I hate bothering stars and athletes but I couldn’t help but walk up and tell him how much I appreciated him as a Blazer and now a Laker. He just turned and said a simple but genuine “thanks. I appreciate it man”. Good guy. He used to drive around West Lynn in his convertible Chevy Caprice. Hard to miss because I don’t think he could put the top up if he wanted.
Sad about Duckworth. He was a good guy but was almost 500 lbs when he passed. He never could keep his weight down.
Did anybody happen to notice McV on the sideline taking blame for that disastrous playcalling when the Rams turned the ball over deep in our own end of the field?

I lived 7 miles from Newport for ten years and the summer “breeze” could make your ears bleed. Not really. The Coldest NIGHT...And Newport is nice and toasty in the summer (used drive a midnight route down 101 from Portland to Crescent City. By the way, don’t think Mark Twain ever visited Newport...
Yes the Rams did have a white helmet with blue horns
