Poll - How Many Sacks will AD Have Tomorrow?

I have to think today's going to be a big day for Goff. Shanny is going to prioritize stuffing our run game. Statement game here by our young QB would be great so hoping that's how things go.

I also think this could be Akers' coming out party. He's gonna be the 1a and Hendy the 1b and the sooner they settle into that the better IMO.

All I really care about is the win of course. But it would be nice to beat these fuckers like a drum today.

Great Prediction. Couldn’t be any further than the truth. Lol

Around the NFL: Mock trades

Kickers are volatile. Improvement can reverse itself in an instance. We're already strapped for picks. The cap is almost certainly decreasing after this year. The last thing we need to do is trade a pick (especially for a Kicker). If they're that concerned about Sloman, go sign Chandler Catanzaro or Kai Forbath or Aldrick Rosas or one of the other veterans off the street. After all, it's only a temporary move. After the season, they can just draft another Kicker (Florida's Kicker, Evan McPherson, is incredible).

Suddenly this trade is sounding even better to me.

First Look: Rams travel to 49ers for Sunday Night Football

This is the first time I've seen J.B. Long. Funny, I had him as a much older man; surprised to see he's so young looking. I like him a lot. Unlike other announcers in the LA area, he's not a homer. He always gives credit to our opponents no matter how bad or how good they look on paper. Sadly, I am suffering from cancer and I'm undergoing MRI's, X-Rays, and next week a Pet-Scan. I'm praying I will survive but my one wish is to meet J.B. and how much his broadcasts mean to me. Many times I'm too tired to watch the games so I listen instead. In fact, I would love to meet the entire broadcasting crew as well as Travis Rogers who does the pre-game and post-game shows. Anyway, thank for the pics. Oh, I know I couldn't meet these guys and gals due to the novel coronavirus but listening to them is a pleasure. And I would like them to know.
Go Rams!!!
Oh shyte, don't I feel like the asshole. I'm sorry you are going through this thing...

Niners are in trouble now!

I wanted the Rams to pick Garapolo. He has a quick release. I thought he had potential, especially with a West coast type of offense. I never thought he'd be Aaron Rodgers but in the Patriots offense he might have done well.
Sometimes it seems like Garapalo doesn’t drive the ball, he throws with anticipation most of the time but it seems like he hangs a throw or two up in the air. His ankle issues have made it worse.
I don’t know if it’s possible but he’s got to stop getting hurt, now people are whispering about Matt Ryan.

Terrell Lewis thread

Rapp is a pure SS type. He is far better up close to the LOS making taks. Serious liabilities in any secondary in pass coverages. He lacks any natural abilities when used deep. I do not consider him a good selection for this team.

Still we are lucky to have him currently with Fuller on IR. If Corners Hill, Williams and Long plus Burgess as the Nickel were strong enough as a functional cb unit Ramsey and JJ III could be our starting safeties with Rapp moving up to help the poor ILB pass coverage.

Rapp just doesn't fit this scheme that well. He's a phenomenal safety when you put him in the box. He can cover TEs, slot WRs, and HBs. He can blitz. And he's a good tackler in the open field. He just isn't good in deep zone coverage. This is a scheme that likes to play its safeties in deep zones. Rapp really would fit better in this scheme as a third safety playing in the box. The Fuller injury hurts.

Retail nightmare stories.

The worst for me are car salesmen. If I am interested in a car/truck, I go to see it after the dealership is closed. I'm tired of talking to agressive car salemen who think I'm their meal ticket.

The other side of that when I was a 19 year old Navy guy, I tried to talk to salesman about buying an oldsmobile/buick in San Diego, but none of the dycks could get off their asses to show me a car. I wasn't in their targeted demo, so they wouldn't waste time on me. Bad mistake, because I bought a new Honda not too long afterwards.

J.B. Long, D'Marco Farr and Maurice Jones-Drew breakdown 9ers / Rams

Was supposed to be a joke.

He was all over Watkins before the draft and wanted the Rams to draft him. When they didn't he became really snarky towards the Rams in his articles.

.
Sorry dude. I am not at full mental capacity at the moment. lol
You may want to use blue font in the future.
The blue font is for people like me, who are fully capable of being

Aaron Donald Defensive player of week 5

No question. Alan Page was absolutely great and belongs in any discussion of the greatest defensive lineman of all time. To me, he was an iconic figure like Deacon Jones or Jim Brown or Bill Russell. After he retired Page went on to become a justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

The Vikings D -line at that (end of 60s into 70s) was one of the best ever. Maybe the best ever. (Don't shoot me, I loved the Fearsome Foursome too! They were just a few years ahead of Page and company.)
