PREGAME Pregame Thread - Jets at Rams

Goff wasn’t injured in 2017. McVay rested him, Gurley, Woods, Watkins, Kupp, Whit, Donald etc etc

as for confidence, nothing better for confidence than blasting the Patriots and Cards in back to back weeks.
Goff doesn’t need to pad his stats, just a solid win so they can focus on clinching division next week
Has nothing to do with padding stats, this the perfect team for him to have a big game.
Really not worth debating, so I hope you enjoy the game.
It's a long time since Thursday and I am pumped

Beat the Jets and we secure a playoff spot

Id really like to see the 49ers lose this week I dont want them to have even a slight chance at a wild card. I'd like Arizona to lose as well but only if the whiners lose. The way Washingtons defense has been playing its actually possible that they beat Seattle.

The number 1 thing for me is to enjoy these last 3 games of the season because none are guaranteed after that and its a long time until August. This season has gone way to fast!

Cooks Drop In Superbowl

I'm not sure i'll ever truly move on from the 9/11 2001 Patriots Homeland Security Bowl though.

The hope for me moving on was the Rams beating their asses in that last Super Bowl. That would have righted the wrong. Actually, in my opinion, the Rams should have won BOTH Super Bowls. We have beaten that dead horse (Cooks) since the Super Bowl. But Mojo is right... the Rams had their chances to win that game... they just got beat. And when you have an injured Gurley and a missing Kupp, it certainly did not help.

The Rams might be the only team that can stop the Chiefs

Serious question what is the difference from the Chiefs and Seattle.

Wilson has been in the MVP conversation. They have Locket and Metcalf They were leading the league at 34+ ppg.

We beat Seattle we can beat the Chiefs. The key to beating the chiefs is one thing pressure on Mahommes which includes not letting him scramble outside of the pocket and buy time. They are a chunk play team and that happens because Mahommes has a lot of time to throw.
Without Mahomes the Chiefs prob still win 9-10 games.

Without Wilson the Seahawks prob win 5-6 games.

Between the Horns: Previewing Week 15 against the New York Jets

I don't think the Rams will beat the Jets by 40-3 like what the Seahawks did. I believe McVay will not run up the score and sit out our starters if we have a large lead. We might even see John "The Wolf of Wallstreet" Walford play in this game.

I'm usually excited every week for Rams football but the fact that the Jets aren't even an NFL caliber team at this point makes the game less exciting.

I hope for an injury free game and a Rams win in the end. The more rest we get against Seattle the better.
