Hole at WR is a problem

I look at it like someone may have a different point of view then I do, this does not mean one of us is right and the other is wrong, we just look at things from a different perspective. If someone disagrees with something I post, I try to move on and not get into a pissing contest with them because it is pointless, and nobody wants to read that crap.

Rams sign Ronnie Rivers

Yes and I'll say that I think both Skattebo and Martinez are going to be studs in the NFL. One or both of them may end up getting hurt early on, as happens with the RB position. But I think both of them are more than just some big dude toting the ball. Martinez reminds me a lot of Lynch when he came out, that combo of strength and contact balance, some vision and surprising athleticism. Skattebo is very similar and I think potentially dangerous in the pass game as he has good ball awareness for shit like torching backers or safeties on seam routes or turning dumpoffs in the flat into big gainers.

This is why, as much as I do like Hampton and a lot of the speed options in this draft, I'd rather see the Rams opt for some power addition to the backfield. I think McVay's offense is outstanding with that threat and they could get it in round 3 from either of those two above. And there are other power options, this class is something man. Lot of teams are going to have good backfields after this draft.
You had me at Skatteboo.

want to update you all

You got this Silver, no doubt.
In fact, I'm putting it on my calendar right now that in December you will be reviving the "Virtual Office Christmas Party!" that you hosted on RRF back in the day
Much love to ya!
oh dieter.....

i think i'd get banned if i did that! lol

plus not sure if most of the guys here would want to see sally rand's fan dance or salome's dance of the 7 veils .... i mean i get it, you're all happy to see women in their birthday suits (ok, you men are ;) ) but would you just rather have the tables w/virtual food and drinks and perhaps i can persuade the playboy bunnys to again wait on you all?....i may even be able to get a few playgirl models to wait on the women here....but .... man that's a tall order dieter!!! guess i need to start making arrangements now, eh? lmao

thanks for the well wishes everyone....and the smiles....and dang it dieter!!! now i have work to do to get you your virtual christmas party arranged! lol

FEATURE DL Poona Ford to Rams

If you get a chance, watch the Davante video with Jourdan where she talks about who Rams might sign (they hadn't gotten Ford yet) on Dline.

Basically, she thought Bobby may not have fit with new line coach, they may want a more veteran presence on the line, and they were missing a consistent NT who could stop the run. She talks like this (prob not ILB) is their answer to stopping the run next season and in the playoffs. She also mentioned that they may attack run stuffing DT still in the draft.
The Rams resigned Murch.Who are The Rams going to CUT NOW!! The Rams also have a couple DT on practice squad they like.

The numbers don’t add up.Your counting on Jourdan to know what The Rams are doing in the draft & FA ??? NO MLBer ???

I don’t get some of you poster who believe that isn’t a MAIN PRIORITY in the draft.

EACH SEASON you have to look at the roster going in. EVERY SEASON under LES SNEAD he always does this.

OH Oh OH - under Sean Mcvay they’ve NEVER had a FIRST ROUND PICK !! What were they thinking in 2024 ? ( blue font)

By the way happy for Bobby Brown,he needed to go & mature. He’s got a lot of talent.
Bring in POONA as a Veteran with this group is a perfect fit.
-During the season there were a couple of posters here pounding the table on the 2 DT becoming FA’s & better than what the rams have.

DzRams Mock Offseason of 2025 2.0

This is true. Maybe they're not all in...more like mostly in. They seem to be taking a very disciplined approach to the salary cap this time.
Yeah, that's my read... also, Rams tend not to force things so if there's no vet out there that tilts the field, they're not gonna just do it.

Can anyone identify a player that they should even trade for right now?

Stay safe, fellow Midwesterners.

Checking in Mems. You ok this morning?
I am. Parents don’t have power, and their area got hit hard, but everyone’s okay.

But I’m in the hospital for the third time in the past two weeks, and the second time with a UTI (which are foretold by extreme nerve pain in my legs or feet). And I had a lovely reflex syncope this time where I fell from the hospital bed to the floor (felt like I was going to get sick, leaned over the side, fell unconscious and fell to the floor.)

It’s been fucking lovely.

I just hope everyone here has been doing better than me.

VIDEO: Matthew Stafford on New Heights podcast.

I went ahead and merged the two threads. It happens. Not everyone reads every thread posted and even if you do, you can’t remember all of them. Unless you’re McVay of course.
I was watching it on one thread and when I finished I went to thank the op and add a this is a must watch but the thread was gone and there I was all alone, just me in an empty room. Parallelism strikes again!

Rams Free Agency (wishlist/predictions)

PFF gives him a 59.6 grade. That's not great. Plus teams seem to favor bigger corners nowadays. I'd rather the Rams bring Witherspoon back and sign an experienced linebacker for insurance.
I'm willing to bet he would perform better on our defense. He was pretty fantastic in college and worth a shot. Still young too. I'd like ASJ and Witherspoon back, then we can literally go BPA.

Emmanuel Forbes thoughts for this upcoming season

Secondary will be a focus. In addition to Durant and Kendricks, Lake and Curl are also free agents.
