Interested to gauge what everyones top 5 players for our pick at 19 are. This is with no trade up or down, just where we pick. I’m going into this with the assumption that the following players are for sure gone (cuz they will be):

C.Williams
D.Maye
J.Daniels
J.Alt
M.Harrison Jr
M.Nabers
R.Oduze

Those are the top 7 rockstars that are certain to go in the top 10. The rest at least have a shot of being on the board at 19.

Mine:

1. Latu, Edge
2. Murphy, DL
3. Mitchell, CB
4. Arnold, CB
5. Bowers, TE

As a bonus, I always look at the shitty whiners pick and hope its someone I don’t love. Who is the one prospect you don’t want on the whiners (within reason of their pick)?
Mine:

DeJean – it would just hurt too much if he became a superstar, that we passed on him.

In that scenario i would go:

Latu
Fuaga
Murphy
Bowers

All have massive ceilings. I feel all the other prospects have similar value in round 2 or late round 1.

Otherwise I try to trade back to round 2 or late round 1 for compensation.

1) Q Mitchell
2) Latu
3) Newton
4) Murphy
5) Verse

Just cuz I feel he's useful in many ways, Cooper DeJean is the pick I could also see happening that almost cracked my top 5 and deserves honorable mention hahaha

as long as BPA among a group of needs
Would be happy with edge, CB, DT, WR ... whoever is the best of that group --- MAYBE tackle of a great one falls ..

don't care who ... don't know who will be good pro or not, but hope it is intertwined with who they thin they can get at 52, 83 and 99 ...
if there will be no elie edges at 52, then grab one -- if no one, next best option --- OR --- trade down and get maybe Chop plus another #3

pretty sure Latu had been cleared medically

No.

However, --- all things being equal? Edge but the grades would have to be nearly identical --- if we ar at 19 and a DI is a high round 1 grade as is a WR and a CB, etc and the edge is a low 1st or high 2nd, then get the BPA

If all are mid 1st round grades --- and Rams project all to be first-year starters and future Pro Bowl level? Then I'd lean edge.

Trade back no lower than R1.25 and pick:
