Paul Wrath, lead singer and guitarist died at 27 years old yesterday. Too young and didn't get a big enough serving to enjoy life. Or even recognize how successful his global career had the potential to become:

When I was in college, I worked nights. Eating a bowl of mac and cheese with salsa on top of it at 3 am was a usual thing for me. One night I had the television on while I was in the kitchen. I heard someone absolutely shredding the guitar. When I rounded the corner to see who it was, I was amazed to find out it was Prince. He was very underrated as a guitarist.

perfect example of media rejection of something that is different. i'm not a fan of this particular style of singing, but i sure as hell can't stand listening to the disney version after watching the movie with grandkids. but yet, i did give it a full listen, unlike mainstream party girl in the video
