Me...

Crock pot chicken wings with @RamFan503 Pig Feathers "Ouch" BBQ sauce.

Hungarian Hot Wax poppers, stuffed with cream cheese and colby jack then wrapped in bacon.

The infamous cheese dip with Carolina Reaper salsa mixed in it.

Mrs. made a burrito mix up last night too, but doubt if I'll be hitting that today.

What's on your menu? Always looking for good ideas. Enjoy regardless fellow Ram fans!

Here's what I got.

1) Boiled Peanuts. VERY spicy. Cooking these hoping that they bring good luck for the falcons. These take all day.

2) Smoking a bunch of wings. I have 3 different homemade sauces.

3) BBQ Shrimp K-Bobs.

4) Fried Grouper Cheeks. Appetizer.

5) Baked Mac-N-Cheese.

6) Fries... fried in peanut oil... for more GA Luck.

7) Fresh Pork Rinds. Butcher made these yesterday.

8) Deserts... strawberry shortcake, brownies, and hot chocolate chip cookies.

9) Alcohol

Chili and little smokies in a crockpot , plus the usual chips and dips

I prefer mine a tad smoother, but to each his own.

I like the different taste of Rye whiskey. Single malt is ok, but John Wayne never bellied up to a cowboy bar, and asked for a single malt.....Rye whiskey all day long.....

Here's a tip for all you beer drinkers out here. This is a day of much food, and sometimes one gets filled up too much to drink. I saw this from the Doctors on Fox News a couple years ago I believe. It's worked for me. They key is to get the carbonation out of the beer. Pour it into a glass and let that puppy fiz up to unleash all that carbonation. Naturally the carbonation from the beer helps keep your belly full and combined with food, really fills one up quick.

Was supposed to go to a friend's party, but sick today. Just going to chill at home with some chicken wings, pasta, and Jefferson's Reserve.
