It’s no secret that Massachusetts town names are impossible to pronounce — so we filmed what happened when a bunch of non-locals tried. Spoiler alert: It was a massive fail.

The thing that got me initially, the first time I was in Mass... were the traffic circles.

They're called rotaries (pronounced roh-taaah-reees). The only rotary I knew was the organization.

Almost got myself killed! :)

Gotta love the Massholes. LOL

You should hear the tourists here try to pronounce all the Indian names around here,..Quonachataug gets em every time

Surprised they left Waltham off the list another great mispronounced city.

Quonacharaug would get me too lol
 
It's such an odd amalgamation of British and Native American words. Also the New England accent doesn't help, Warwick- Wawick, Foster Glocester- Fosta Glosta, etc.
