Why does Madden hate Goff?

So this is just more of a rant then a question. But EA sports really pissed me off today.

It took a year in a half of elite QB play for Goff to get over the 85 rating threshold. After the game vs New Orleans, they put him all the way up to an 87. He plays great vs Seattle, lights out vs KC and nothing more happens. He stays at an 87. Meanwhile, Mahomes, a FIRST year QB is all the way up to 91 overall while Rodgers and Brady stay at high 90s.

So Goff plays an average game vs Detroit and what do they do? Lower his rating to 86. FUCK YOU MADDEN. You wouldn’t know how to make a good sports game if it kicked you in the ass.

What do they have against him? His stats are top 3 yet he’s the 11th rated QB? Why do I continuing buying this bullshit?

Anyway, go Rams. I’m gunna take my anger out and kick the shit out of some little kid online. Cheers.

Madden is made in the Bay Area, I'm sure that doesn't help. They also hate the Rams not just Goff. I had to quit playing the game. Got tired of seeing Donald get beat up by offensive lineman. Just a poorly made game. EA puts alot more effort in their other games.
 
If you play madden ultimate team and get the 93 Goff in a draft, hes a beast .

Very accurate and can throw it 60 yards, I love madden but I only play mut draft now . I kept getting mad when I played with the real rams team, the offensive line is horrible and AD is blockackle ( very unrealistic)
 
I haven't bought Madden in like a decade. It sucks. NCAA Football was always their best game, but they killed that.

I think you need to get less sensitive. Goff is not spectacular, that's all there is to it. He is a QB of the future though, but not flashy right now, chill out.
 
Don't worry next year he'll have a 95 rating. See that's the good thing about Madden their rating changes every year because theyre almost always wrong

Hey anybody ever play NFL Blitz? Used to get down on that game to the wee hours of the morning talking smack to my friends that they coulsnt beat the Rams! :rolllaugh:

I used to buy madden and was very good. No one I knew personally could ever beat me. Did very good online also. Got tired of EA releasing pretty much the same game every year with a few tweaks here and there.

The NFL needs to stop their license with EA and let other developers try their hand at making a great football game.

*John Madden just made more money this week from video game sales than he made coaching for Al Davis for years. Still means to learn “The Computer”, someday....
