I got a signed Mack jersey (Blue with the white stripes) a couple of years ago. Loved the guy!

The year I was born the Rams had two #1 picks. Jon Arnett and Del Shofner. I can't say I remember seeing either of them play.

Sigh....The Rams didn't have a 1st round pick in 1984..nor a 2nd..or 3rd...or 4th....Their first pick in the draft was in the 5th round, and it was Hal Stephens...who seemed like he was cut then was signed to the chiefs and lions for the '85 season. never starting a game and never playing and was out of the league after that year.

This game fucking blows!!!!

Year after me our first two picks were Isaiah Robertson and Jack Youngblood
Year after mine they got Kevin Greene :(

*On a side note, I never knew we had drafted Doug Flutie. He had already signed with the USFL Generals. Cool fact.

And

WR Aaron Cox.

Green lasted 5 years in the league, 3 with the Rams and 2 with the Broncos. His best season came in 1991 with the Broncos, where he gained 1037 yards on 261 carries with 4 TDs.

Aaron Cox played for 6 years. 5 with the Rams and 1 with the Colts. His best season was his rookie year where he gained 590 yards and 5 TDs.

Interestingly enough the Rams acquired their first round picks from a 3 way mega trade where the Colts traded LB Cornelius Bennett to the Bills for a first round pick, first and second round picks the following year, and RB Greg Bell. The Colts in turn traded RB Bell and RB Owen Gill, the 3 picks acquired from Buffalo, their very own first and second round picks, and second round pick the following year for HOF Running back Eric Dickerson.

RB Greg Bell had his best season with the Rams that year where he gained 1212 yards and a league leading 16 TDs.
