I heard more than enough in less than eight years with #2. 35 years worth was completely out of the question! :redcard: I had to go. Self-preservation... Like I said, I'm just a pup at 36 years old... coincidentally I'm in full agreement on: Days of the New - Touch, Peel, and Stand, The Down Town, Enemy - This is the band I liked best so far. Great guitar work and arrangements.

Like I said, I'm just a pup at 36 years old... coincidentally I'm in full agreement on: Days of the New - Touch, Peel, and Stand, The Down Town, Enemy - This is the band I liked best so far. Back in 1970, while a freshman at San Jose State, I wandered around the campus one Friday night and heard music. There was Buddy Guy in all his glory. He must have been in his early 30's then. Another night I went to see Mike Bloomfield with Nick Gravenites from Electric Flag there.

I took my brother @RedRam to see a Day on the Green with Jeff Beck, Neal Schon from Santana and Journey along with Frank Marino from Mahogany Rush. This was in 1973 when he was 11. We were driving in my little blue 61 Austin Healey Sprite with the top down.

(Not my car but close enough)

This van cuts us off so I honk the horn and pull up beside the van and the driver flips me off. On the side of the van it said 'John Lee Hooker.' It took getting the internet and looking through pics to realize that was the man himself I was trading middle-fingers with, lol.

Good memory. I forgot about Nils. What I do remember is Jeff Beck coming out, strutting to the front of the stage, and let go this one shrieking note to announce his presence. Jan Hammer was on keyboards for that show.

I can't recall anything specific about the music. I remember enjoying the music.
