Tough question this year.

I'm going to go with Momentos pick of Troy Hill.
That would be a bit of a surprise, but I dont think it's out if the question

I'm going with Hill as well. He's proven to me that his ceiling is just too low. And as others have said, he's too streaky. I see his name a lot, which means I'm looking at the back of his jersey chasing a wideout down the field.
 
My “surprise” is that they keep 7 WR instead of 6, and the top 4 plus Jojo, Hodge and Thomas all make it.
 
Demby, dude been trash. IF its a "vet surprise" sorta think it will be NRC. As theirs a good young group of CBs they might want to keep and continue to develop since both Talib & Peters contracts are up and leave ala Saffold.
 
@Soul Surfer Just saying if they want to go younger and cheaper, w/ some big names due for a new contract, letting go of DRC "might" be in play cap wise. We appear loaded at slot CB. Again I did say "surprise".

I expect no real surprises.
Mundt would be a surprise as he is a solid player and the rookies are very green.
Franklin-Myers?
Reportedly spent the off-season training and getting stronger. Has looked slow and clunky this preseason. That said, he may just be going through the motions and showing no pass rush moves.
