I've been doing some lerpin chili and hot wings tonight. They will be marinaded and awesome come game time. Beside that, doing lil smokies in my secret sauce, and some kick butt cheese dip. It's going to be a good evening. :cool: RAM IT! lol

I used to think that this was the worst thing I had ever seen...Thank goodness I discovered the Village People !!!

Dough wrapped, cheddar filled lil smokies with my own special blend honey mustard. Braised beef tacos with my from scratch home made shells. My special recipe chili made in a crack pot with fajita style veggies and peppers with 4 kinds of beans, 2 cheese types, a special secret ingredient and yellow corn, cooked all day and served with homemade cornbread and chilled Hop Valley Citrus Mistress beer.

Going light as fasting all day and then grilled shish kebab with some red wine of course, need to be ready for the big game.

The first game doesn’t start until after 5pm where I live. So, I’ll probably grab an early dinner with my wife out somewhere.

Until the games set in...

Therefore... I’ll be making salsa and sauced smokies for snacking today.

Tomorrow I have a few more appetizer ideas and split pea soup.

For me; I'll be eatin' what the good wife's a cookin'. Not sure what that is she's not a very good cook lol

I have to work until 6:30 so I'll probably miss the first half of the KC game. I'll probably go to a bar and watch it since a friend of mine is coming up and he likes watching games at bars even if its against all my superstitions.

There used to be a really good German resturant near you too bad the family that ran it retired and had to close it.

I almost always do the cooking... especially on Game Day. But, this is the fucking playoffs baby. My mind is way too preoccupied to even consider cooking.

So I'm ordering wings to-go from our local wing place. It's not a chain... and they fry their wings perfectly. Plus, their hottest sauce is actually hot enough for me. They have a crap load of other sauces as well for everyone else.

Not sure how many we're ordering up yet... but they are gonna be ordered extra, extra, extra crispy. They have killer old school curly fries too.

I picked up 2 fresh bottles of Papa's Pilar dark rum last night. I may need to pick up an extra before game time.

I been slacking on the victory chips... so I’m back to Mission tortilla strips and Pace Organic Chunky Salsa -Medium.

I could go hotter, but it would just eat through me like that alien ate through John Hurt...

I can't eat...to riled up. At least that's how I feel at the moment. Although, split pea sounds pretty tasty.
