At an event last year(back when we could do those), I had an engaging conversation with some beer patrons. What is the best band of all time? Not who. How do you go about picking them.

Is it the most talented with their instruments? The ones who have sold the most albums? Is it just personal to you, and if that's true, I mean I like you, but you have to bring something more to the table. Is it across genres? I mean Dizzy Gillespe, Charlie Parker, with Sarah Vaughn singing.......damn.

Is it the test of time? Is it a power band that just got together for a couple of albums? Please let me know what you think, and leave what you think is the best band of fall time.

This comes down to experience for me. What band or show would you leave with your fuckin mind blown?

I would love to have been able to see Ozzie in his prime.

I look at best of all time, you gotta think of bands like The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Queen, The Who & Mötley Crüe. The concerts are legendary.

Music is a fucking joke today. I'm only 36 years old. And can not stand anything after 1999. Lol

In my past life, I saw a Monsters of Rock show, with Van Halen, Metallica, Dokken, Scorpions, and one other (I think) in KC. Best of show?

I think I remember them having some sort of competition for a new lead singer.

I'd have to go with the bands that have stood the test of time like The Eagles, Aerosmith, Beatles, or Lynyrd Skynyrd.
