Well, I’m surprised to be so calm pre- Super Bowl, tbh...

I mean, it’s been 17 years, after all. Thought I’d be a bundle of nerves.

But the assemblage of Ram talent among both coaches and players has a real calming effect on me. I just love both groups.

And we’re healthy, overall.

I’ll just say this. I see a pretty close final score. But if both teams bring their A game, I see the Rams winning.

Rams have already beaten at least 2 teams that are better than these Patriots, IMO. That would be the Chiefs and the Saints (once). And that Saints win was under incredibly difficult conditions. Seahawks were not slouches, either, and we beat them twice.

Anyway, no matter how this game ends, the Rams have had a marvelous season. And I foresee many more coming in our future.

I feel the same way.
At the moment, I'm just enjoying the fact that we're in the Super Bowl. I'm not even concerned about the outcome.

I expect that to change Sunday afternoon.

The temperature is rising on the griddle I'm sitting on, and I'm starting to squirm.

No pressure. It's just the whole season on the line, to be decided over a couple of hours, after 17 years waiting for it.

Yeah, I'm calm.

I am very calm and I think it's because I haven't really realized it yet. I just saw a clip advertising it on French TV and I still have a hard time believing that this team that I have rooted for on so many disappointing seasons is now, in McVay's second year, in the Superbowl.

I'll realize when I will see the special teams trot on the field in Atlanta.
This season was so much fun!

Let's take over the league and start a new dynasty

I bounce back and forth. Sometimes I’m cool as shit, then I become a nervous freak, vascillating back and forth between the two.

But this place keeps me from freaking out and cleaning out bongs and bottles of whiskey.

We’re good, people. We’re good.

I am totally calm and confident...until I start listening to the "expert analysts"! So I've stopped, and am only listening to replays of press conferences with our players & coaches! I agree though...no matter the outcome... I could not be more proud of this team and the way they've grown this year. Looking forward to a very bright future! Of course hoping for an amazing victory on Sunday for an amazing, deserving team!!

I wasn't restless at all for Cowboys or Saints right up until kickoff. My nerves for this one started on Wednesday.

Very calm. Happy. Excited. And....

SO FUCKING GLAD that Buc and Aikman are not doing the game.

Just rewatched the Saints game, and, I’m sorry, but it was pretty fucking obvious who they were rooting for.

I'm darn calm right now too. But come 3:30pm PST I'm gonna be nuts and no fun to be around (unless we start blowing them out early)
This game will be crazy stressful to me. I almost didn't physically survive the Saints game.

I have a ton of friends inviting me to their parties for Sunday, or asking me if I am throwing one myself. I just cant do it....have to be alone ...a padded room would be optimal

Right now the football gods and the actual God have given me something else to worry about beside the game....
I am getting evacuated right now due to the heavy rains that will be coming down over the next few days. The cop just said “gnarley rains.”
When a cop says “gnarley” you’re fucked
Thing is I am in a rental house while I wait for the place I bought to close BUT the rental is in the mudslide area that devastated Montecito last year - 27 people died - so I’m not messing around.
Gotta evacuate in the next hour with 3 dogs and the family minus daughter who has her own place in LA - but no TV
Looks like I’ll be watching the game from the Westin

GO RAMS!!!

Stay safe, Dieter. Things like this take priority.

If my temperament during the Saints game is any indicator, I should be watching the Super Bowl alone in a padded room.

I was fine the entire game until Greg lined up for the tying and then winning kicks... I went to take a piss for the tying kick and sat with my head in my hands and put my headphones on for the winning kick. Looked up to see them jumping around celebrating and started to tear up lol.

Opposite. Was nervous for the Cowboys and mad nervous for the Saints game. I have some nerves for this but a quiet confidence that I haven’t felt since the end of the season.

Wasn’t at all nervous for Cowboys, slightly nervous for Saints, EXTREMELY nervous for NE, if I’m being honest. It has died down as the days have past, but living here in cheatriots land and hearing all the one-sided buzz and arrogance can really challenge your confidence!
