I'd say the Raiders are the team most in need of a win. The only winless team left. No one was predicting them to win the division but most pegged them as a playoff contender. A loss today might be asking too much for them to make a run this season.
 
Why is McDaniels a HC? Raiders should of still had Rich Bissacia. Atleast they were winning with him. McDaniel may be a one season over type HC.

He looked like he wanted to blame someone or something on that pick six. All I saw was a bad decision to throw it there.
