I probably wouldn't have gone for a FG unless I had a placekicker who is pretty much automatic

I guess that placekicker is much better than who they had at the beginning of the year

Their D at the beginning of the year was so terrible

They are playing much better as of late for sure. This team is really growing up fast.

Detroit looked real strong today. That was a fun game.

Goff was lights out. The game looks like its going slower for him right now. He looks super comfortable. Lots of different players involved in that offense.

We, the Rams, got a Super Bowl, but I hated the trade; Goff, two firsts and a third.

The Lions are turning into a kickass offense. Right now they're 4th in the NFL in yards per game and 5th in points. (Rams are 31st in yards and 29th in points.) The Lions offense has grown up. They have a powerful o-line and talented skill players. They've already basically said they're rolling with Goff next year, and why not? Goff is tuned into his receivers and playing at a high level. It's a no brainer.

But... just wait till Jameson Williams gets up to speed. Jameson had 79 receptions for 1,572 yards and 15 touchdowns with Alabama in 2021 before tearing his ACL. He has truly blazing speed. He will be not just an instant deep threat but in the discussion for the fastest player in the NFL. He will also open up the field for everyone else. I think Jameson will push the Lions O into the very top echelon of NFL offenses, which they're already close to.

The D has been awful at times, but better in the last half dozen games. They just got their two best pass rushers back. And right now they have the No. 4 and No. 15 picks in the draft, which I would guess would be used on top defensive players.

Future looking bright in Detroit, imo thanks to Brad Holmes. This is how you build a team from the ground up.

Yeah he was WO on that. Safety mis-comm and it was the easiest tud i've seen this year.

We'll see how JG does next year. My biggest criticism towards him in 2019 and 2020 was even having good to GREAT conditions around him (Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods,...a number one defense) he had way too many turnovers, had a stagnant offense, and if it weren't for John Wolford would've missed the playoffs in 2020 after having it in the bag.

Right now...he has absolute perfect conditions around him. And kudos to him for taking advantage of it. Hell i started him in fantasy this week and it worked out. What happens when things go south? Would the Rams won in Tampa last year if he was the starting QB??
