If you didn't know his name, would you take a QB with a 93 Passer rating, 3-1 career TD-to-INT ratio and a winning record as a starter...?

I would respectfully suggest you would, especially when you've been starting the failed firm of Fitz and Heinicke over the last two seasons.

I would take him, even knowing his name.

Yeah, this is gonna go bad I think.

What happens when you let emotion dictate your reactions. Irsay was reportedly pissed off about the way the season ended and just decided that was gonna be it.

If I'd been Colt King for a day I'd have stuck with him one more year and get upgrades at WR and see how it worked.

Then again, I said upgrade the OL and give Goff one more year...what do I know!

I like the deal, but I'm more pro Wentz then most of you. The Commodes have Commode Carson and he's better then what they've had for quite sometime. That being posted, durability always an issue and Wentz has been turnover prone, I'm betting he'll turn it over less in Washington.

I’m not a big fan. If his boy Reich doesn’t want him that’s all I need to know.

I doubt Reich wanted that move made. Did you watch Hard Knocks Colts last year? Reich believes in him.

That whole move was the owner IMO. Could have been the GM but I doubt he'd do that a year after he gave up a first round pick for him.

Dont know about that. The sidelines didnt show a very warm relationship there by the end of the year. Made McVay and Goff look like Brokeback Mountain lol

Sean Mannion might still be available???? :laugh4:
He seems to be circling the drain... could be a great match with the commodes....

Sounds like they were frustrated with his lack of leadership, and couldn't coach him hard.

Yeah but he's very TO prone. He's fumbled 66 times and lost 28 of them on top of his 57 career picks. For comparison Jared Goff has 51 fumbles and lost 25 w/ 63 picks. They are like the same QB.

But yeah, he's better than Taylor Heinicke.

Well, they were considered 1A and 1B for a reason.
