The offense is further away then the defense u add a top cb and ilb I think defense would be a lot better … on offense u need a tackle , rb , reciver or 2 and a back up qb, Te

Kyren cant do much if the entire o'line gets thier shit pushed in every play.
What was the common theme of those 4 backs I mentioned? You couldn't tackle them in a phone booth. Your point is irrelevant especially considering he keeps putting the ball on the ground.

I can't get mad at the D. Our LBs and CBs are average at best. Our dline looks promising. However, they struggle against big physical olines. And they're young. When your highest paid defender is Darious Williams at a whopping 4,666,666, I just can't get mad at the D. The offense on the other hand, has been an issue all year, for a multitude of reasons.

Agreed but his fumbling is out of control. A play or two earlier, if he has speed, it's a TD. Instead he is caught from behind. I agree we need more juice at RB. But hoping for another Dickerson/Faulk/Gurley is likely a fool's errand. Those are all HOF level talents.

The scheme is fine. They need an offensive line that can do what McVay wants. This o line can’t protect. Which is a big deal when the QB is 36.
Hav will be ready next week I hope. That will help a lot. That will put us at 80% of the original planned OL. Our rookie center has done well and will only get better. New Orleans game will tell us where we are going.

I get it's a vent thread but the projection and straight making shit up is just comical.

We got our asses handed to us in the trenches. Never ever want to hear again an OL is good enough. If we can upgrade one we need to upgrade it.
Yep wholeheartedly agree. Jackson probably cost himself some money today

Not so sure about that. Look how Saquon is now. He was in the same situation as Kyren is now. Henry too. Look at the diffrence of them behind great o'lines and bad o'lines!

That's even more damaging to McVay.....if you don't have the Oline to execute your scheme you don't force your scheme. The last time we had a solid line was our superbowl win...........years ago, but he still runs the same scheme.

ehh our O-line when we won the super bowl was pretty average.

We couldn't run the ball all year.

PFF has had our pass pro ranked from 27-30 all season long. We spent all that money on the offensive line in the offseason, and we are one of the worst pass blocking teams in the league. Legit surprised Stafford hasn’t gotten hurt yet.

Kyren Butterfingers Williams better not be resigned after next season.

It's time to start the Blake Corum Show.

Lost 4 fumbles in his 7 year career. Had 5 total fumbles.

The 2nd pick in an entire draft. He's a unique talent unlike Williams who is a serviceable talent.

He's been injured quite a bit in his career.

Comparing apples and oranges is nice since the both play the same position but at the end of the day you still have one produce orange juice and the other apple juice.

But that includes the first two games where we had complete incompetent players at left tackle, and when Noteboom started a couple times, and if you noticed, most of the pressures happened from those positions. The rest of the line is actually okay, if not for the injuries.

Zero run game for a majority of the season, which makes the Super Bowl win all the more impressive. We had a really weird 4 week stretch in December where Sony Michel somehow led the NFL in rushing for an entire month, but the other 12 weeks of the season and the playoffs we couldn’t run the ball worth dick. There’s a great scene of McVay mic’d up during the Super Bowl after Sony got stuffed on a short yardage play where he vows to not run the ball one time the rest of the game.

But the o line was a top 5 pass pro unit per PFF.
