And just to clarify, it's okay if we lose to Arizona. It's our 3rd road game of the year already, and even though the first one was in Cali, really good teams typically go 2-2 with a tough stretch like that - so we're on track.

The Cardinals game is house money in my mind. Beating the Bills the following week will be imperative though.

That's some 7-9 bullshit right there...

I think we have to beat the bills or Cards to stay competitive. Dropping two puts us behind the eight-ball, and I guess that doesn't needs to be said. On paper, we should have a better chance against the Bills, but with the way this team is, I wouldn't be surprised if we shut down AZ and lay an egg against Buffalo.

The line is realistic, when you're looking at what the "safe" bet is. Rams just have a tradition of wreaking havoc on the safe money. I bet Vegas hates us.
I would be surprised if the Rams Lose a Home game this year, If yhey Keep Winning away games! JMHO (The "H" stands for Homer!(y);):D)

Defeating the Cards on their home turf would truly send a league-wide message that the Rams have arrived, and the media would finally have little choice but to start taking us seriously. Thing is, until the Rams actually show me they can win the tough games against higher rated teams consistently, especially those on the road, i'm out of the betting game. I estimate i've lost OVER 90% of the Rams games i've bet on since our GSOT days, so i'll respectfully abstain 'till we have a WR1 & QB1 playing together on a healthy team with our vaunted defense. jmo.

I don't expect us to win vs the pissed off cards on the road. 33-3 cards is what I expect. But if we come out healthy vs the bills at home we are in a good position.

IMO, the spread will be closer to 4.5 by the end of the week with us being the underdogs (of course.) Here's the scores over the past 5-years.

Arizona will be pissed about losing last week, but it's going to come down to:

D-Line jumping all over Palmer (literally) making him uncomfortable in the pocket,
Limit Johnson from gashing us. Make him earn every yard,
Keep Fitzgerald from making "game changing" plays.

Offense needs to get the running game going so we don't become one-dimensional,
Keenum be efficient, and push the ball downfield.
Receivers catch everything that hits their hands, and maybe make a few tough catches too.

Special teams give up no big plays,
Get a Special team's score.

Again, not too much to ask.

When I saw thread title my first thought was it would be 10.5 pts. They are much better than they have looked, playing at home after bad loss- they are going to be VERY tough for us to beat. If I was impartial, I would bet Zona giving 8 1/2 but I am so I wont bet it. And I am usually a glass half full type, just hate this spot for us.

Nobody expects the Rams to win this game. And THAT is when Fisher has them right where he wants them.

Rams are going to show up, and that's why I already put $100 on them and took the points.
What site is a good one for betting?

Not sure brother, I live in the city of dreams, so drive to the sportsbook lol.
Damn :/ looking for a sraight up place online that somebody uses.

HERE is a good site to see the current odds. They change of course as bets come in. Stations is listed far right on the football page.

EDIT: Rams getting +9 right now lol. That's a lotta points for the NFL.

Yeah like I mentioned I drive there to bet, and they have the odds up right there to see. Was trying to help @Corbin out because he was asking about the online betting, which is not my thing. The big casinos do offer it I am sure, and when you log in I would guess you can see their current odds.

That site you linked is perfect for someone who wants to see the odds online. I used to compare odds casino to casino on sites like that, but don't do that any more since I love the Red Rock casino and have settled in there to make my bets not to mention watch games on Sundays when I'm in town.

But back to the Rams that +9 is a very favorable spread for them, given the way the Rams play them historically and whatnot. I don't normally jump all over points, but in this case I think there's a reasonable chance that the Rams either win outright or keep it close. Particularly because of GAINES' return, in whom I have a lot of faith. I think when he goes he's gonna play really well, dude is our best CB.

The last time we had a 3 game winning streak (damn that sounds bad!) that included 2 away games was in 1012 - I'm hoping that changes this week :)
