I concur and my short list would be Byron Leftwich, who played with the organization and would aid in changing the culture or Doug Pederson. Leftwich would be number one on my list for obvious reasons and I believe is ready to be a Head football coach.

They could take a run at Kellen Moore too, who might not take the job because of the disfunction, however, IMO, Leftwich would be priority one as I believe he would be an excellent hire for Khan.
