Seriously. If you're going to comment on a language barrier, at least make sure that your language is correct. FFS.

However, in his defense, I had a soldier on my team while I was stationed in Germany who was Samoan and from Hawaii. English was his second language. It wasn't difficult, but we did have some funny moments when he would say, "Uh, sergeant, what does that word mean?" I think I called our Sergeant Major a cantankerous old douche bag (in private of course) and ended up explaining cantankerous and the process of douching.

Yeah what's new? I'm from New Mexico and at least one time a month I have to deal with an idiot " Ohhh your from New Mexico, we don't ship internationally" or " You speak good English" .....
This doesn't surprise me in the least.
