Trey Burton just stated a team with Horns has reached out

Stated on NFL Network in response in to a question from Dan Helie about whether a team with Horns has reached out to him.

He stated a winning team with a quality QB was important to him.
 
It'll depend on the price with Burton. He'd be a nice add if he comes at a reasonable cost. Him and Everett could be a lethal duo. He's got a lot of similarities to Jordan Reed (beyond both being Gators).

However, it might be the Vikings because DeFilippo is now their OC.

But if he wants to be on a winning team, and a quality quarterback that would rule out the Vikings, as the quarterback situation is still up in the air.

I like Burton a lot but to many other needs I think Everett and Higbee ok for now not an urgent need but this Watkins thing is killing me the defense thing is on the radar but just waiting for some news on anything is giving me anxiety lol.

Vikings are set at TE with Rudolph and Morgan, so I doubt it’s them.
