To me, the difference was the forced fumbles. They recovered Mason's but Jenkins wasn't able to recover Williams'. That was the game; the split second where Jenkins was unaware that the ball was out.

Arians can talk about Defense wearing red and white, but all it was last night was a little better luck.

Yep. That and some lucky bounces. We batted so many passes up and every single one of them found a way to avoid a Rams defender. Jenkins was inches from two INTs. And yet, the Cardinals manage to have the fumble bounce right to them.

That's football. Sometimes the ball doesn't bounce your way. And in a smashmouth game like that, it makes it more difficult to win.

I hate when the ball bounces the other way!

Its ok next year with a better offense we won't need those bounces to go our way.Our defense will just be in seek and destroy mode and I can't wait.

Nothing against you, dude, but MAN am I tired of hearing and saying that.
Yep trust me I'm tired of saying it over and over every year. That's why I said in another thread that the o-line and Qb problems must be fixed.Because imo we are a complete team with those problems fixed. All we can do now is just wonder what could of been this year. And I can almost bet anything that if those problems continue to be our downfall there will be some changes. We have way too much talent to just settle for okay let's just wait till next year.

Yeah. I mean, there's nothing I can do about it, and I'll still go into next year believing it's the year, but still. I'm not getting any freaking younger.
2015 better be the year, or I'll....

You know....

I'll.........

(I got nothing)

I know the feeling far to well unfortunately.I get to emotional with some games that I've been through 4 cell phones this year alone. So I need to start watching the games without my phone handy or in a rubber room.

If that's all it came down to there's nothing to be upset about.

Except that Arians is making a claim that his defense was the only real defense out there.

BA has probably written 34-6 on his game day calendar already. It seems like that is what he has fooled himself into believing.

Great post Quixote.

We could have easily won that game if the ball bounced the RIGHT way.

Our Defense held those fuckers to ZERO TDs.

Arians obviously doesn't know how to put together an offensive game plan or call plays during the game. :sneaky:
