The 1st hit the defender took 2 steps and jumped after contacting Rothlesberger, penalty. The 2nd hit the defender drove his body into Rogers, this play is why they are emphsizing this penalty. The 3rd hit the defender hit the QB with the crown of his helmet, been calling that for a few years now. The hit on Foles the defender launched his full body weight onto Foles, if you watch he jumped, launched, dove whatever you want to call it after making contact. If he would have just drug Foles down, no penalty, the extra launch is exactly what the rule is trying to remove from the game.
It is plain as day and clearly the defenders were making an extra effort to injure the QBs in each of those examples.
Show me a replay where the defender just lands on the QB and a flag is thrown and I will agree that is a bad call, but every hit I have seen people complain about was clearly a dirty hit.
