I read that the 49ers are willing to listen to any trade offers on any player.

Am I the only person that thinks they are intentionally tanking in hopes of landing a top QB in the next two years?
There is still a lot of talent on that roster. Too much to tank in my opinion.

Really going to be hard for the kid to reach the expectations, much less to exceed them
It's crazy how people hold him in such high regard due to the Manning name. Remove that from the equation and nobody would be talking about him, for good reason. Let alone holding him up to some lofty status.

Yeah, he's been in the spotlight since junior high

Is there? That defense wasn’t that good last year. CMC has chronic injuries. They traded Deebo, are hoping to trade Aiyuk, just lost their starting RB from last year. Plus they finished with 6 wins. If they do trade away a little bit more talent they won’t be good at all.

It’s getting thinner by the minute. Now they are trading Aiyuk to the Browns
I hope you are correct ... about a Niners' demise ... that's always enjoyable.

I see them as a quality organization (top-to-bottom) , with an eye for talent and a worthy adversary.
That's why beating them is so DAMN satisfying to me.

Manning so far in his college career has been one hell of a waterboy.
He still has plenty of time left to play at Texas. He red shirt his 2023 season. He's eligible in 26 but may stay the extra year, especially if he doesn't like who got the top pick or top 5 picks.

He hasn't done much at all in college. But if he was in this year's draft he'd be a first round pick because of the name.
