The Rebrand, One Year Later

The only new uniforms i really like are the ones we wore in the first game this year.

The new blue ones are okay - the bone ones are ugly as fuck.

Ugly? On my phone and TV they look amazing

Don’t care for any of the combinations. The Blueberries are god awful, look light some high school disaster. The bone looks like their detergent isn’t getting it done. The gradient numbers look like something my 1st grade grandson didn’t finish coloring.

There was never anything wrong with the blue and gold

It seems like to much thought from marketing to increase sales. I’m not buying any of those jerseys.

The logo was poorly designed and should have been vetted better. I root for the Rams not LA so I’m not a fan of that attempt either.

As for the new colors, logos and unis.....I HATE the blueberries and gradient BS. Not a huge fan of the number font either. Love the modern throwback and Bone jerseys. Hated the LA logo at first, but it has grown on me. Always liked the Ram logo and never saw a "dick" until a bunch of you closet DNA rifle oglers made such a stink about it...still doesn't bother me.

The HELMET is the best in our history and easily the best in the league IMO. I have zero issue with the with the the split horn. Those helmets jump off the screen on gamedays. All said, I am in favor of the new shit. They could have done better but they could have done FAR worse.

I love the new helmets. Sorry, but they're awesome.
I hate the all-blue unis.. BECAUSE THEY KEEP LOSING IN THEM.
The "modern throwbacks" are just effing beautiful and I love the Royal top and Sol pants combo.
The bone unis are a little different, but I definitely don't mind them.

Yes on so much of this.
I didn't mention the gradient and would say that's definitely a spot for improvement.
I love the "dickhead" logo and have it on a t-shirt and cap. It's bold and cool, imo.

I guess the moment I came around was when I finally saw a royal jersey for sale in person. Here in Albuquerque, the retail shops have every forty-whiner backup Qb’s jersey but no Rams. And I hate ordering online.

But I found this one at a mall outside of Denver of all places. #99 With the gradients and everything. When my girlfriend said “you look really nice in that jersey” I was like I know

They have grown on me and I have to say, the Rams franchise is now a bonified Rock Star! I swear to God I was able to buy front row seats, and I mean FRONT ROW 1, behind the Rams bench at about the 40 yard line for $200 at the Cards stadium when they were 2-14. I bet those same seats are now $1,000 to $1,500 or more. So great to be one of the best run teams in the NFL. I'm grateful for every moment in the new era.

I'm with the others on the opening night unis being the best of the new bunch.

Don't really care for the dirty laundry (bone on bone) combination, Don Henley be damned.

Fucking HATE the blueberries, both before and after the rebrand.

Not terribly crazy about blue pants even with white jersey, but whatever aesthetic shortcomings arise from that combo, we have won in those unis in our last two trips to Seattle, including the breaking their unbeaten streak in the margarita vomit green unis they have. So that at least makes them palatable.

Love the stadium, hate that it's shared with San Diego's team.

Basically ok with the helmets at this point, including the broken horns.

But man, oh man ... I really want a blue/white alternate. One of the things I loved the most in their first few years after returning to LA was seeing them in a mostly blue/white combo.

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again. If anyone thinks the Rams were going to move to LA, hire a hot new coach snd build a $5b stadium and NOT put a modern twist on the uniforms isn’t thinking straight. The goal is to challenge teams like the Cowboys and 49ers as the top franchise in the NFL.

Well, if challenging the Cowboys and 49ers is so important, why didnt they feel the need to up their uniform game with their new stadium and all that?

The Good morning LA news logo bothers me less then it did, but i'm still not a big fan. I'd wear it.

The midfield Ram head still sucks. Its terrible. Laughably bad IMO. It looks like a 3rd grader won an art contest. I won't wear it.

I'm getting used to the new uni's. Not bad. Bone tops, blue pants i like. The modern throwbacks are badass. I'm looking to buy one of the new jerseys.

The new horns i still don't like because you just don't fuck with the horns. Objectively speaking they look okay i guess.

I know lighting makes a huge difference, but... sure seems like the unis are a touch darker this year. Here are two pics that I know for sure are from 2021:

So somebody tell me... am I onto something that they've darkened the blue this year? Or is it just a trick of the eye?

I like the new colors a lot and I am getting somewhat ok with the split horn a bit on the helmet. I still think the old horn was best. I unfortunately hate the logo, still. The throwbacks should replace the bone permanently. I don’t like the bone. Get rid of the gradient style numbers on the blue jerseys. It looks cheap. Gradients are what designers use when they can’t find a better way to add “pop” to a design. Rookie designer mistake.

I think it’s a difference of playing in the sun last year (washing out color) versus playing in the new stadium with a roof. IMHO, just a guess.
